Hello Looking for source information for a Landmaster Bulldog BD 700 doors and/or enclosure. Anyone out there with a source please let me know. thanks Jim

What could cause 700 2008 super mach to be like it's in limp mode I have replaced stator ecu 4x4 actuator ignition every thing electrical besides lock in and out 4x4 switch and wiring harness and it still blinks the gas light on and will not kick in 4x4 and gets to about 4500 rpm goes limp mode while in gear or not but idles perfect and only has 357 miles on it

I'd have the dealer repair that machine while it is under warranty. Fuses don't just pop on a new vehicle. Fuses do not pop because linkage is not adjusted. You are experiencing an electrical problem and I can say with a high degree of certainty you will experience more blown Fuses in the very near future. The machine is protecting itself from the real problem by popping the fuse. The machine is also communicating there is an electrical issue to you Boss. Have it figured out before the warranty runs out or you may experience expensive troubleshooting diagnostics later.

Thanks,.. got it fixed, turns out there is a fuse interconnected with the brake safety interlock. It prevents the gearshift from being recognized. the linkage for the shifter was adjusted and that should solve all problems.. If any one has the same issue with a non start. it might be caused by the brake interlock system fuse. a 10 amp fuse popped. I had changed most of the fuses with the Start and Run functions. never thought there would be a connection to the brakes. weird Chinese Engineering I guess.

Did you do a draw of the fuel to see if there is any water mixed in? Have you tried giving it throttle while attempting to start? My 2022 Sector 750 sometimes will not start without being given throttle if parked in a certain way, but if I give it some throttle while turning over it will start, but quit if throttle is let go. Once I drive it around a bit or move i to level ground it seems to clear itself and starts fine,

Thamk you Joe for your response. We were out of touch for several days. Back home now. I will do a compression test this PM. This machine has about 350 hrs. on it. Oil burning issue occured literally overnight. Really strange. Post compression test I will do a leak down test. I've run many compression tests on 4 and 2 strokes. Never a leak down test as basic comp test always indicated issue/no issue. Does the HISUN engine compression relief mechanism interfere with performing a basic compression test? I have avoided the extra 1 1/2 qts of oil experiment after observing my neighbor's results with this experiment on his Polaris. His wasn't so much an oil consumption issue as a beer consumption issue. However, he does have a very refreshed motor and his motor was tired with way more than my 350 hrs. I'm running 15W40 here in the deserts of New Mexico. We do use the unit in Colorado during the summers however. I can't imagine that 15W40 may be too heavy for 70 degree days in Colorado but I am no expert in that regard either. Your mentioning crankase ventilation is interesting as the machine only smokes off idle usually under load. Zero visual smoke at idle or below approx 2200RPM or so. I am looking to buy a small UTV to do work around my property and priced a brand new Massimo T-Boss 560 through Lowes @ $10,500 out the door or a Dealer provided CFMOTO Uforce 600 at $11,500 out the door. Are there any glaring reasons to go with the Uforce 600 at an extra $1000? Is one model more reliable than the other? Any input greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jerry

Recently bought a 2010 RTV 1100 with bad engine. a d1105T out of a toro 5400 just came available locally. Looking for info on if anybody has installed the turbo version of this engine, what challenges/ problems were encountered, how it turned out.

You also might consider talking to the selling dealer to push for a full replacement of your unit with a new one since it is an on going issue from new and the first dealer attempt to fix didn't fix it. If they resist, ask for the owner of the dealership and ask him/her how they are going to make you a happy customer. That might make your next dealer visit the last one for a while. Good luck on it.

Yea. that sounds a lot like what has happened. we were getting the fault code for the gear shift. then it went away. It is a known Hisun problem. everyone says to ignore it. we did until this happened. I put a meter across the battery . it is fully charged. the reading just in front of the fuse block also shows full 12+ volts. I changed about every fuse with store bought replacements. It has been years since I worked on much of anything. Do not feel comfortable doing something that might void my warranty. I figured I would check the simple stuff first. get some ideas from others. Since it is brand new with this being the second time doing it. As much as I hate it. I think I better get it to the dealer just in case there is something more serious going on.. Thanks for the quick response. I really appreciate it.. It gives me a better idea of what might be happening since the main electrical is powering up.

Wow. I’ve never had an issue with Arctic Cat parts. Guess I thought Prowler Pro and 800SX were exactly the same. Only other thing I can think of is call White River Sales (parent Tracker Company) and maybe they can help…

If the IAC is closed, the engine should run. Yours is stuck open most likely. I would take it out, clean it and make sure it is fully extended. I’ve heard you can make a plug for the hole and a block off plate if you want to leave the IAC removed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Since my UTV is a slow moving property maintenance work horse and I'm constantly in and out of it, I just buckle the belt up behind me & tuck it in behind seat bottom. I wouldn't travel quickly or on any roads or on any "tippy" places without the belt on though, too much risk of getting tossed out and maybe crushed that way.

The whirring noise is the fuel pump building up pressure. It should stop about 3 to 5 seconds after turning the key to "on" position, (but not to start). With all other electricals all functioning, it doesn't sound like a battery issue. No clicking, no reaction to "start" sounds like there is not 12v coming off the key switch to the starter solenoid. From what you described, I'd be betting that the transmission neutral safety switch being defective or out of adjustment. Thus not allowing 12v through the key switch to the starter solenoid. With it in neutral (so you can roll it forward and backward and everyone out of the way) jump 12v to the starter solenoid, it should kick the starter over. Don't let it start the engine, pull a plug wire for safety. IF that works OK, then suspect the neutral or other safety switch. If you connect a test light to the starter solenoid's 12v tab that comes from the key switch, you can start wiggling and pulling things on the shifter mechanism to see if you get a quick flash of the test lamp. Otherwise, get in there with a voltage/continuity tester to see where your 12v is failing to reach the starter solenoid. My 2021 Hisun (Coleman branded) 550 has no brake safety but yours might, its a later model . I do know that if the shifter is even slightly out of the "N" position or if the "N" light on the dash isn't on, you will get nothing when turning the key to start, but everything else electrical will work. I just bought a new 2024 Hison 550 Stryker 2 months ago. this is the second time I have had this issue. It only has about 20 hours on it. The last time it happened we took it back to the dealer. it was a fuse. Since we live three-hour time driving there and back. I would like to find another solution if possible. I have tried all the fuses that seem to have anything to do with starting. Currently checking the battery. The battery is new. it came with the unit. It is probably 6 months old. the UTV has all power to everything electrical. lights turn signals and radio all work. When trying the key to start . it is 100% dead. as in it doesn't even click. There is a low whirring like the fuel pump is turning on though. The Unit was running and driving just fine. we shut it down for the night. The next morning my wife found it in this condition. Thanks for any Ideas or solutions??? Otherwise, it goes back to the dealer tomorrow. Just hope I didn't buy a lemon. Great little UTV when it does run.😅 anyone else ever have this Issue..?

2023 Massimo 750 t boss .I installed new cam, new rings and gaskets runs like a champ.

I unplugged mine and it wouldn't start and run. Kind of fired a little bit but wouldn't catch. Should it have started and run? Thanks for the help!
