Here you can see the OEM clutch assembly on the Hisun Strike 250. It is one of the hardest clutches to get to and service. Just to replace the CV belt you need to do a lot, even remove the fuel tank. We have found it almost easier to just pull the engine lol. We also go ahead and service the engine, valve adjust, oil change, coolant flush and such. The engine is only held in with 2 14mm bolts.

How do you get into your engine without having to remove the seat?

I must admit that I love my Joyner but the fenders are now made out of 3/16 Polycarbonate which you can bend in any sheet metal break as long as it is over 70 degrees. I shaped mine to fit the frame and now my wheels can not contact my fender at full flex.

Hi, fenders look great. Mine chipped out where a rock hit it. (right rear fender in the pic).
What material did you use and how did you form them?
Great to see Joyners still cruising.
