Hi, fenders look great. Mine chipped out where a rock hit it. (right rear fender in the pic).

What material did you use and how did you form them? 

Great to see Joyners still cruising.

I must admit that I love my Joyner but the fenders are now made out of 3/16 Polycarbonate which you can bend in any sheet metal break as long as it is over 70 degrees. I shaped mine to fit the frame and now my wheels can not contact my fender at full flex.
