Riding along a narrow creek bank a section gave way and we rolled over onto the side. Only damage was a broken signal light and a slightly bent roll-cage ... and no injuries other ... those 5 point harnesses work great!

Hi, fenders look great. Mine chipped out where a rock hit it. (right rear fender in the pic).
What material did you use and how did you form them?

Ever since I replaced the plastic engine cover with an expanded metal cover (See photo) I have not had any cooling issues on the motor. It is important to blow out the radiator after every trip as the passages on the radiator are very small and plug up very easily. I also changed the rear fenders to 3/16 polycarbonate and bent them so that the wheel could not hit them in the upswing.

if you are questioning that gray part it is an oil reed to drain oil back into the crankcase.
