You didn't mention year or model, however, Sector 750s require the idle speed to be around 1600rpm or lower to move gear selector into desired position. If the idle speed is to high you will NOT be able to engage a different gear.1 point

You can only change gears while stopped with foot on the brake. Not sure if that answers your question but that's the way these things are designed? I have the Axis Pro 750 and have found they have to be treated gently, Great body, but the engine and transmission is not very good quality.1 point

When filling the radiator to bleed the system make sure that the front of the vehicle is jacked up higher that the engine to get the air out. Sounds like you still have a air bubble.1 point
