  1. I guess you got a bad build. The only issue I've had is a coolant leak due to a loose hose clamp. No other issues so far. The plow is a sno-way 6' straight blade. Power up/down and side to side. Really nice feature that the sno-way offers that I haven't seen any of the others offer is a power down mode. Most plows are floating or gravity down but this one has a feature that pushes about 300lbs of pressure down to scrape to the asphalt the first pass.
  2. I like it and definitely think it was the right choice for me. This vehicle is a true workhorse. It has plenty of power. I just plowed 13" of snow with it and was very surprised how much power and traction it maintained while pushing snow. Locking the differential allows you to plow very slowly without fear of losing momentum. Honestly, my only complaint is the loudness of the engine and exhaust. It's a loud diesel. Especially while driving full throttle. The reason I got the Kioti instead of the Kubota is that the Kubota only had a top speed of 25mph. The Kioti will go 35mph. Might not seem like much but when driving on roads, it makes a difference.
  3. Thanks for the information. I checked with DMV and it appears the LSV is the only option. I have all required safety equipment except for the tires. I'll need to get a set of highway use tires. Thanks again for your input
  4. I know about the safety equipment required. I was just wondering if it's possible with a certificate of origin that says "non highway use only"
  5. Anyone out there have a street legal UTV? Any idea how to get one registered for on highway use? Thanks in advance
  6. Thanks and I appreciate the feedback
  7. Thank you much appreciated. Kioti had issues with manufacturing and shipping but hopefully that is corrected going forward. Which means more availability.

  9. Greetings everyone! I'm a new member here and looking for aftermarket mods available for my UTV. I've got a Kioti K9 2400 cab. It's a 24hp diesel. The cab model has factory heat and A/C. It's very similar to the Kubota. Any suggestions for aftermarket parts would be appreciated. Cheers
  10. The 2023 and newer K9 models have power steering. They are built on the Mechron platform. So my recommendation would be to add the new factory power steering.

  13. I purchased a 2024 Kioti K9 in September. The first thing I noticed was the loud engine noise. I'm looking into ways to muffle it without taking power away.
