    Thanks for your help Joe, I have been very happy with mine. This is the first time ever had any issue, gets used for work and play. I guess at almost ten years old some of this is to be expected.

    Do you have the part number for the thermostat for the Massimo MSU 500? I have the same issue on my 2016.

    Have a 2016 Massimo MSU 500 overheating, cool radiator and hoses to and from it. I replaced the water pump, and the old one seemed just fine. I am thinking it is the thermostat. I have been searching for a part number with no luck. Do you have the part number and where you got it from?
