Yes rocmoc your right on the valving I'm going up on the pressure in the front to keep my ride hieght the back new sway away shocks will be valves the same as the fix and the oil will be 10cc more! The rude quality is good an comfortable but I need a better ride hieght in back that's why I am upgrading the rear shocks

all in all guiys Im really likeing these air shocks and now that i understand it all makes sence so feel free to ask???? the only issue for me here in mass is finding a shop that can charge them to atleast 500 psi. Like i said befor im gonna go 375 to 400 charge on fronts you charge the shock unloaded on the rig or off the rig not compressed. The bew rears Im starting at 500 will probally be down to 450.

hey nocturnalsixer, I have spoken with sway away about rear shocks they will proball need to be set at 400 psi but its easier to adjust down rather than Up I will be getting my own nitro kit so I can adjust my shocks when ever I want. I found the hose and regulator that will work. As far as the tires go there 11" wide in rear and 9" wide in front and grab everything there good in the snow to and loose rocks. lol I will have the new sway aways in about a week week and half

There actually just the zilla tires theres a slight difference between the mudzill and zilla. The stock tires are 27" we all kow that but they actually measure like a 26" the tires dont rub at all so far except on my front fenders from time to time But you can see in my pics I made extended larger front fenders and I will be trimming them down for more cleareance when at full flex. Ther dont hit firewall and I run the between 10-15 psi in rear and 8-12 in front depending on were I am going

It is different froma motorcycle I can understand what you are saying been there dont that. My air fuel ratio is about 14.1 set at the one setting this being said from the directions and jose and rick from SB. Like isaid it runs fine no issues and I like it once i get my gauge I will play with it more. I guess maybe the smell I smell is a little rich I do run high test and problally some dirt burning or wd 40 I spray the thing down with wd before I go out make clean up a lot easier

lol so its not just me then hahaha Ok guys I shouldnt say this but I will I just talked to a guy who has worked with joyner and the factory joyner shocks have been rediesigned and will be forsale hopefully around november front will be under 200 and rears will be between 250-300 price may change some. I gues the ride quality and flexibility is drastically different and better travel. I was told that stock shocks just didnt do it and were all about getting the trooper off the ground not about the ride. Just throwing it out there for you all if your thinking about shocks

Nocturnalsixer your right the fuel programmer works with the ecm and the engine and pending the setting you have adds or suptracts fuel theres 8 stages on it and I was recomended to run it at stage 1 cause I dont have any mods other than plugs and a snorkle. I was also told by silver bullets Jose and rick that you want an air fuel ratio of about 14 wich I dont have one of those yet so I keep it at 1 to be safe!! I have had it on there for mounths now atleast done atleast 150 miles with it only draw back is exhaust smells little more at idle but its an offroad vehicle and lets be honest all exhaust smells to some point. As far as HP ya its suppose to increase it and the torque I forget what the numbers are. I didnt really notice say a hp increase but when I first installed it I felt like the throttle was way more responsive. I plan on getting the air fuel gauge after I dile in the suspension

I have 600 mile son my trooper and clutch seems ok nock on wood. I did put a stopper threw the fire wall to keep the pedal from fully exttending cause I was having little trouble shift cause the fluid was pressure was bleeding down due to to much throw. Since i have done that it worx really well

I dont have my 02s plugged in but I have the fuel programer from silver bullets, I run it on stage one and Id say all in all its fine havnt had issues. I have uridem plugs in it and a snorkle

hey Nocturnalsixer The tires you are looking to buy I have zillas on mine very similiar I run air pressure way down. When I got them I aired them up to 40-50 psi let them sit for 24 hrs you actually stretch the molicules in the rubber so when they are aired down there softer and dont loose as much hieght. Also on soft pack there great but hard pack its a ruff ride till you get moving. all in all I like mine but I am always swiching up were I ride. Just giving you a heads up thats all

no coil at all my rear fox shocks are little to soft no happy with the ride hieght but the rid is good so far 13-13.5" in the front and 11 3/4 -12" in the rear =( . I have the fronts set at 350 psi and 200cc oil rears are at 500 psi and 260 cc oil. The thing flexs great my buddy said "dude the buggy looks brocken why are your tires moving up and down so much I laughed". I keep ground conract almost every were but one or two spots were the wash out is a bit much rides more level can go faster cause its smoother. All in all pretty good just bummed out about rear ride hieght i do go over some rocks so 2" is a lot to me!!!! as far as pics and videos of it in action I will have some after this weekend Im doing a charity run for the troops in NH so I will get some for you guys. Im am going to exchange the rear air shocks to 2.5 10" travel sway away shock or radflo air shocks they take 1000 lbs per corner

Well guys finally took the trooper out this afternoon with the fox air shocks!! First the front has almost same ride hieght 13" under front diff rear under diff is like 11 3/4 not happy about that I have been talking to fox and offroad warehouse about this and I was told to drive it and give them some measurements to see what can be done might have to change the rear to sway away air shock but will know later! Ok as far as the ride goes BIG difference!!!!! Man that thing flexes now my buddy said the rear end look Brocken. Ause the wheels moved up down so much lol! I was able to drive faster on the trails that I usually can't because of the softer ride, roots and rocks that usually bumped me all over we're much smoother whoops were cool to watch the front end move!!! All in all it was pretty good I think the rear needs work I'm pretty happy with the front fox 2.0 5.5 travel charged at 350 psi ! Rear seems a little soft and low for now but as things change I will keep u all update I'd say if I had 13-13.5 inches under the rear diff with how it drove today I'd b pretty happy but we will see

Rocmoc have u had any trouble with the rear diff locker pin nOt sliding back in on it's own?? I took cable off and lubed it he best I could I think the cable feels ok I held it with pliers while working the locker lever and didn't take much force in eathier direction! I had it jacked up wheels off ground and I spun tires and pulled pin till they were at what I feel is full lock I let go of pin doesn't really wanna go back in on it's own Enless I keep the wheels moving the. It slowl goes back did the a couple times. Then I hook It all back up have the cable adjusts to what I feel is locked and release cable and it's basically the same result I assist the pin with a screw driver goes back in! I even drove it up down driveway same result kinda at a loss any help???

Hey bruhaw Question for you ?? I had my front and rear diffs rebuilt havnt driven it yet that's tomorrow. What I am wondering is if you had a hard time getting your rear locker to work right?? Meaning when I first put it together I didn't get much movement in the pin at the diff so I lubed the cable the best I could and pull the pin with a pair of pliers and it was moving put not like the front. I put it all back together and I could engage the locker by using the cable but the Pin did not go back on its own! When I had the wheels off the ground and went from lock to unlock as Spinned the wheels the pin would sit back as it should and lock as it should. But it had to be spinning pin did not just slide in. So I pulled the pin with plies till I had full engagement marked pin with a marker and hooked the cable back up! I got it adjusted to what I think is full engagement put pin doesnt go back in I need to help it any ideas
