Kinarfi, I'm always eager to learn new stuff, and i have always wanted to use solid state transistors instead of relays on many of my projects because some relays get wet and stick and other relay get hot from high amp load for too long and sort of solder contact points together and become stuck activated. Is there ways to test the mosfet like u could do with relays by feeling or listening for the click and use test light/dmm Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 2

What's different between buss and 12 volt? I think they all get 12v? Plumber ill like that wiring diagram posted if u don't mind. Since i don't know what I'm doing other than that I'm going to rewire. Tinman, I feel stupid lol but what's bew relay? I agree with you and Lenny that the stock fuse box is crap I was considering going to u-pull-it junkyard like pick a part deal and pull a fuse box but i don't know which is sealed so new would be great. On my trooper i put on 1500 miles on it since Nov when i bought it used with 140 miles at about 300 miles one of my rear swing arm broke apart so i'd say broken metal/cracks and seams are common on trooper Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 2

If you plan pull tranny out along with engine as one unit you would want to plug the end of Tranny so fluid won't come pouring out the back end when you lift engine out Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2

Hello, My trooper ecm fuse keep blowing constantly i can drive it for a day and nothing happen then next day the trooper blow ecm fuse 4 times in 15 ft of driving it. I'm wondering if anyone know what the wires for fuse to ecm goes to where and if it happened to them as well? I have my secondary oxygen sensor unplugged as well but that didn't affect the trooper in past though.

LOL sounds like i know who i want to ride with if i get myself down there. Its an acquired taste we Iowans do the same thing speeding through fields and hitting hidden unexpected holes some was huge enough to throw my trooper in a wheelie as i plow out of the hole. That's really terrible luck..I always thought the whole metal tubing on trooper was bit flimsy. If I had money and tubing bender and welder and kinarfi's electronic skills and Lenny's mad fab skills I would take a trooper apart then build a trooper II based on original but with cromoly tubing and adjustable mounts for engine transmission and transfer case then build or find set of a arms or pair of full solid axles. How thick are the electrical wires for the fan? Stock gauge? If so u should see if the wires itself get hot, I plan on redoing my rad fan wiring with 10ga wires and the hot lead will come from alternator post to supply 14 volts instead of 12 volts to fans and use a 30 amp relay per fan as well when i get a new radiator Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2

I'm not sure if stock fan fail often, Once i had a fan fuse blow on me, and also had my ecm fuse blow on me 4-5 times after long drive and the trooper get really hot. I still don't know why it happened. I haven't gotten to looking around i just replace fuse as needed I'm lazy but i plan on getting down to the bottom of it Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
