  1. i started with a 5 hp carter bros go cart it was fun only issues i had was the torque convertor kept getting jammed on the belt and doesnt let it free idle but other than that it was an blast! i fondly remember those days
  2. youtube video link will be uploaded to show i attached this photo in a minute come back in a bit
  3. Lol actually at one time before... I was considering pair of jeep Dana 44 axles or front Dana 44 and rear Ford 8.8 axle to swap into trooper and build coil over triangulated 4 link in front and rear and have better flexing and cheap parts. That would be the ultimate for me, but of course give up the nice ride we get from independent suspension system. But I feel same as Charlie.. Lol trooper are childrens born from jeeps! 4. That sounds good.. I'll be placing a order in the " new year " to give you an fair chance. Also I'm glad that you took the time to read the complaints. I look forward to having NEW SBM to shine brighter than ever in the past! Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
  5. I wonder why Joyner even manufactured very sloppy poorly built joints instead of using off the shelf pieces to be cheaper still with no investment for tooling and dies. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
  6. Same here. If he have what I'm interested in... I will give him an chance. That's the least we can do but however I'll rather pay via Paypal or visa some kind of third party to bring in instead of sending checks or money order and never see the money again (that's the case for some members here) I'm looking to getting a steering gearbox upgrade that I needed still lol Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
  7. How do you intend to adjust the pressure while keeping reservoir open to the shocks to share the heat? I'm following but not there yet. Lol Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
  8. Hello here I am!!! Looking at hordes of zombies coming for me..... No just kidding I think that whole 12/21/12 is a hoax and there's many versions of how world would end... Like last night it would have happened or maybe tonight at 12:01 or the next day after the 12/21/12 but whatever I laugh at those! Lol. We only got 2 inch of snow for " going away gift" If world do end... We all should meet up somewhere and create a Joyner gang club j/k lol Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
  9. Thanks for the info bruhaw. That's so helpful! I looked up pos12 there's left and right thread in a set kit. Bruhaw... This is the one you used for tierod correct? http://www.vxb.com/page/bearings/PROD/Kit12360 And for on end of arms this one correct? http://www.vxb.com/page/bearings/PROD/Kit12960 I'm asking because I wanted to make sure that we all are thinking and looking at same thing? Anyways thanks Bruhaw for that info... Now we need to figure out something to do about our cr@ppy ball joints Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
  10. Happy holidays to everyone as well hopefully white Christmas "snow" Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
  11. Nice work so you plan charge it with "free" air or some sort of gas? If I understand right, purpose of reservoir is to give extra pressure when you have extra weight in back? You just charge up the shocks then shut the reservoir from the shocks then charge the reservoir itself then when you get extra weight you open up the reservoir to give more lift? 12. Back country app was one of them that I played with demo one time it was nice Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
  13. What kinarfi is thinking is like those "pinch bolt" set up on old Ford cars like late 80's tempo a bolt pinches the steel by compression and holds the ball joint in. It works very good Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
  14. Maybe you should try have a poll each month for the "utv of the month" no playing favorite towards one brand or other? LOL I think most people come here looking for help and some got help here on old odd stuff it seems like. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
  15. Ill make a video showing how to post pictures on the forum itself so everyone can post pictures once again using windows based computer. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
  16. I didn't meant ranger top on trooper, I was wondering if you have anything for a Joyner trooper Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
  17. In third picture On back where it stuck out from rollcage that look terrible like a sore thumb Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
  18. Any for trooper? Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
  19. Still fun, i was thinking border patrol lol.... Also while i was thinking about what u said about Honda engine...i was considering the gm 3100/3400 or 3800 60° v6 with 4t60e transmission in trooper because in usa/Mexico those are very plentiful. Then we would have to get the Ford 7.5" diff from goindeep or build or own diffs or go with a full solid Dana 30 35 44 whatever or for front axle...use a Chevy front 7.5/8.5 diff out of a s10 or full size and the rear diff out a t bird with 8.8 ring or something..that would be overkill i imagine lol EDITED: Dethobica, was you planning on going with a manual or automatic transaxle? 4T60e is front wheel drive overdrive transmission used in gm fwd cars, vans etc from 90's up to recently, same thing for the engine mentioned Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
  20. Evr jr that's very good to remember that i can't believe that i forgot that little detail about wet/dry compression test lol Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
  21. Used like a police car? Sounds like tons of fun id probably enjoy that job lol Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
  22. Sounds good how do someone reprogram it? Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
  23. Will that still be a 4wd t2? Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
  24. Also with compression test i was taught to always have the throttle body wide open (pedal to the metal) that way you are allowing equal amount of air into each cylinder but that's with the engine not taken apart at all Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
