  1. Jeff, There is a guy on Ebay that sales Joyner parts out of Phoenix. I believe he is the guy that bought all the broken diff parts at the Joyner Company liquidation sale a couple of years ago. Bring up one of his auctions on Ebay and shoot him a question. rocmoc n AZ/Mexico

But Quiq, no one showed up. Not even Rick. Finally had to put some of the pizza in the frig. Oh well, not the first time I have thrown a party and no one came . LOL! rocmoc n AZ/Mexico

Lenny sent the dollar to me and I spent it on a pizza today with 16 more. rocmoc n AZ
  4. Two motorcycle races, two Nascar races & a pepperoni pizza with a bottle of wine. PLUS it is 104 degrees. Just came out of a 90 degree pool and laid in the 104 degree sun. GREAT! A true desert RAT here! We are having a break in the monsoons but the rains & cooler weather is coming back tomorrow. We had 9 days of one to three rains per day since we got home. It was nice to have a few days of dry weather. 9% humidly! rocmoc n AZ/Mexico
  5. Log on to one of the aftermarket RZR shops and see what the do. Copy it! One of the best is located in Utah but I don't remember the name. Met the owner at Moab and his toy was impressive. He even changes the frame & suspension of which he builds himself. He was one of the Rally sponsors at the Moab UTV Rally. Good luck & wish I could help. rocmoc n AZ
  6. Too early for it to mean anything. The boat bring the new Joyners from china is taking water and could sink, LOL! rocmoc n AZ
  7. What Lenny said, get a switch from your local parts house. Easy to cut the pigtails in to the wiring. Cheaper & better quality. ALSO, Yeah thought we would see you at the Jamboree. Looks like it is a good chance the 2012 Jamboree maybe at the North Glamis KOA, http://www.glamisnorthkoa.com/ with rick as the host/trail guide. Easier for you to get to so hope we see you there. We just have to come up with a date where it is not hot as he)). rocmoc n AZ
  8. Resolved! We are going to do fewer deletions, unless really bad name calling occurs, but may ask a poster to edit their post to be a little more tactful but still make the same point. If not we will edit the post to show how the point can be made but toned down. We want everyone's input, good & bad but in a civil manner. IMHO the earlier posts were fine but nearing the line. Thanks everyone! EDIT---Kinarf I agree and supports this decision, Kinarfi
  9. I don't support the deletions that occurred in this topic's post and future deletions are under discussions among the mods. Please be understanding while we review the topic of censorship. We need participation of ALL of our members so please be patient. rocmoc n AZ
  10. I only have 4wd & lockers engaged when needed. AND I find that is rare. I can climb most anything and go thu most anything in 2wd. Lower ride height stabilizes the Trooper at speed. I have lowered ours almost 2".
  11. We, in AZ, have to buy a annual off-road pass. This is becoming the norm in most of the Western USA. I am remote enough that I rarely see any kind of Law Enforcement with the exception of the Border Patrol.
  12. I don't think anyone here will be able to help as most are West of the Rockies. BUT lots of info should able to be found with a search of Google. Good luck and let us know what you find.

  14. I have a Honda Crf450r & a Suzuki PE175. Any bikes besides the Prowler?
  15. Lenny is the expert! He will reply soon. rocmoc n AZ
  16. LOL, I understand.
  17. Welcome. I'll ride with you if you are ever in AZ. rocmoc n AZ
  18. The bearing isn't a standard size. Lenny & myself could not find a source. You will have to purchase from No Limit in TX or Silverbullet in AZ. I got mine from No Limits & Quiq got his from Silverbullet. Price is king IMHO. The seal you can order from a good seal vendor using the numbers on the seal. The shipping on the seal cost as much as the seal. If you had to use a puller/press to remove & install the bearing, your hug is good. If the bearing came out easy, the hub is worn. You can not go by looks as the tolerances are very close. rocmoc n AZ
  19. Hi Gumball, I kind of got pi**ed as the Outlaws a few years back when they allowed members to sign up for rides before opening the rides up to outsiders. I tried to signed up for the better rides and they were ALL full & this was morning of first day of sign upa. Never tried again and kind of wrote them off. Maybe time to time to give them another chance. BUT if I know you & stevozz, what do I need the Outlaws for. Same as here, easier to ride with me in my home turf. Thanks for the info, rocmoc
  20. Look at my bearing replacement post. I included a youtube video of R&R the bearing on a BMW. Looks & pulls almost exactly the same. Same process nearly but not as tight fit so everything comes apart & goes back together much easier. I will tell you Kinarfi from watching your rear wheels when we were out riding, your hubs are going to be worn. The bearings will come out with your fingers and will install the same way. I Lock-Tight mine as Lenny recommended but you will not be able to get the neg camber out that you now have. Will take new hubs or machining. The bearings are made the same as the BMW bearings and are not normally the weak link IMHO. I kept my old ones as they were still in good shape when I replaced mine. Good Luck! rocmoc n AZ
  21. Getting closer with the Pics. They are now on my computer. There is nearly 100 pics & some GREAT ones of everyone. By this weekend! rocmoc n AZ
  22. IMHO after driving Lenny's Trooper two times in the last few weeks, It is about twice as fast in acceleration when compared to a stock Trooper. The power was pretty smooth over the entire RMP range. Not a blast of power and then nothing like nitro and the lag was not quite as bad as a turbo. I will say I am not fond of the whining sound of the supercharger, the only neg that I found. rocmoc n AZ/Mexico
  23. Hi Mike, After looking at the photo, I have to agree it is highly likely there is not going to be a comeback. DON"T invest any funds in this adventure, LOL! Take care, rocmoc n AZ
