Yeah I am not paying 1200.00 for power steering......I will keep everyone updated...Whats the worst?...I already don't have power steering. LOL

I am now messing with putting in electric assist steering from a cobalt..Got one from Ebay for 85.00 so its worth at least trying....Better then the hydraulic I was going to do I think..

Also to keep my cost way down and just add a little more safety. These tubing's we are adding are really not structural so they are just conduit...I would say there more stiffeners there for in case....The rock slides that are going on are black Iron 11/4...The doors will be black iron..1/1/4.. I would use DOM but try to find it were I live gets expensive....Conduit 10.00 for a 10ft section.. My one friend had a toyota 4x4 he tubed the whole truck except the frame and it held very well....Like my nephew said last night Quote: You break or damage one of these your gonna have more things to worry about then this pipe....LOL

Yes I did they are the high low beams that I used in the front....Just hooked up the High side...I run a relay switched power off the reverse light switch...works nice ! Now I can see in the dark backing down the hills I don't make.......LOL Also they are old KC highlighters that the chrome was shot in so I just replaced the inside with a sealed beam....

If it don't start on either sounds like timing...But if it runs normal after it is warm kinda strange.....You just pull the covers off the back and line up the marks on the pulleys. The bottom one is hard to see while the rad is in but you can do it...

Doubt it is the timing then......The timing is computer adjusted after the initial timing is set..I guess it might be possible...Mine ran like the exhaust was plugged....

I would check timing just for the heck of it...Mine was off 4 teeth when I got it...Wouldn't start correctly and had to have pedal half way to keep it running...Also wouldn't rev. Belt was fine must of slipped by either them maybe trying to pull start it or just got wet....Who know's good now though.

So I bought a new switch off E bay figuring hey I will have a backup switch if mine goes and I will get a new indicator light in the process cause mine was burned out....So........I put the new switch in to find out it was a blue bulb Dang...So not to worry second time I turned it on it went POOF!...SHit...So I decided to fix the light.....Here is what you need and some patience and skills and you will have it....Just remember the + side gets the resistor and make sure you put it back in the holder the correct way before you solder it or you will be doing it twice....They are a little bigger bulb. If you get a drill bit and just ream out the top a little it will be fine...

I will Have to check mine...Seems like it is running correctly and smells fine...Not to rich..I think I will pull the plugs and see what they are.....

Never checked it....Turned it down and it was fixed lol...Something is not correct cause I wouldn't think you should be able to change how much injectors spray with fuel pressure.... And also the purge tank sounds like a great idea...Gotta look that one up on how yo do that...
