Hum........Does that mean you have a bad clutch cylinder ? I would think it would have to be scratched inside the bore to bleed off......

Cutting the 02s off prob cause it not to run right.I don't think it would not start and run then stall. And like Bruhaw said read up on all post if you can there is a lot of help in here...

Does anyone have any info on our clutch's ? I got one off of Silver Bullet and it's fine..But I tried pulling someone out yesterday in second locked and it slipped the clutch.... Is there a cheaper alternative then 400.00 clutch...Is there an aftermarket that will directly bolt in ours? I found this info think it might be ours but not sure.. Replacement Headlights I used are Sylvania H5006 High/Low. I would imaging the number is the same for any manufacturer. The Headlight sockets to change it over are Dorman 9003 High Temps..... Edit by Kinarfi, I just soldered leads to the lugs and used my own connectors, but the H5006 Lamps fit good.

. The reverse light switch number is Standard number LS246 Plug looks close but I decided to remove for one less weak link..

Another thought. I was actually looking at the header on this thing and just realized that the tubes are not equalized at all...... I wonder if a cast iron new one or a custom header would be better? Just thinking...I have all kinda ideas just an ARMY of 1 though so I do a little here and there and try not to get carried away.... at least this JOYNER is a Great starting point for building up then going out and buying a truck and basically starting from scratch..

Ok well the muffler I have put on does restrict it to much...It's definatly has to be changed......I was tring to climb a hill with my buddy and it wouldn't make it the last 5 foot...Took off the cap off the exhaust I made and we made it with no problem....So it will be updated...Don't use the small Harley Muffler....Unless you don't care about power loss.

I have two Headlight glass one with bulb one without. In good shape. I replaced mine with sealed beame instead cause I got tired looking for a halagen bulb...LOL I will post the new sealed unit number later...It is a VW I think it is a 5000 series 2 headlight car has high and low beam fits perfect.......Will sell the 2 to someone that is staying original..

If you need a reverse switch use this one 96 Geo Metro reverse switch 1.0 Same threads same gasket same lengh...Ordered it from Rockauto...12.00 bucks with shipping. Anyways it takes care of 2 things it is a sealed unit with wires attached no dirt in it and I soldered the wires togather on mine so 1 less plug to worry about. Works well.....Hope this helps someone out there....
