  2. Ok Stupid Carrier Bearing grease fitting. This is what we have done to mine..Drilled 3/4 hole through the center rail and put a grease whip on it and it is located on the front rail in front of gas tank. Also pulled the one out of steering box and put a 90 in it for now.......So now these things will get greased like they should.....

  4. Thanks I will let you know. I ordered the clutch kit from Jose and waiting for it. ....My clutch and flywheel is like new but the pressure plate is shot only one hot spot but it is warped bad. Seems like the bearing had dirt in it. We sprayed the hell out of it with PB Blaster while spining it and it doesnt seem ruff now but you know how that is..Going to spray grease in it and see if we can get it in it..

  10. Hey guys! Question for you...Does all the years that they made troopers need upgraded rears ? Or is there a year when they started doing them right ? Mine is a 09 model. Thanks and does anyone know what timing belt to use ? How about a Thermostat ?
  11. That would be awesome Man! Going to tear her down tonight then ..LOL I'm hoping the flywheel dont need cut...........The guy I got it from said his girl friend tried to get it out of the mud in 3rd gear......All I have found so far is it must have got water in the motor and caused it to slip 4 teeth timing...Hey can you tell me about the Idle air control? Can you get one?
  12. Hey Jose! Congrats on the company and move glad your around..I just purchased a used 09 Trooper T2 and ordered a clutch from you...I will be needing more things in the future I'm sure LOL..I live in Pa. So I doubt I will make it to your shop.......Not that I don't want to though....Good Luck out there! I'm trying to get a couple buddies to join the Joyner family also...........Time will tell....
  13. I got it running after a few hours of researching with me and a couple of friends... It slipped about 4 teeth on the Timing belt. NIce...Sounds GREAT now.......
  14. Ok I will check these sensors. Just lost. The filter obviously got mud and water sucked through it so I wonder if it ruined the mass sensor. Do you know what sensors or the motor is copied from? O heard Suzuki and Ford escort......?
  15. Hello Guys! I have purchased a 2009 T2 from a member here and it has a issue with it...It will not rev fast at all and it acts like its out of time. I checked timing and it looked good. I tried putting my scan tool on it but it says failed.... I'm pretty sure its a sensor...... The plugs are black coated. If you mess with the fuel pressure it helps alittle but I know thats not the problem........Thanks in advance guys...Oh yeah what engine is this modeled after for parts like the sensors?
