I am looking for info on how to slow the clutch so the gears don't grind as back when you shift on a 66-67 Pug. Motor was changed to a twin cylinder, not sure if it doesn't idle as low as the single cylinder causing the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

I have an old Jacobsen (Pug) with a HAXCO rear end that I need some parts for. Does anyone have any ideas where I can locate any? The Holtan Axel and Transmission Company went out of business a long time ago. The model I have is 116485 with a serial number R6785. Any help would be greatly apperciated. Thanks
