Silverbullet We have been up grading rear differentials for about 16 months.We Do A Lenny type up grade.12.9 allan head bolts with nuts and loctite. We weld pin and do a few more things to make it more reliable.The new one from Joyner are up graded but poor quality

Silverbullet First the trooper has 2 master cylinder.1 cylinder dose L/F R/r the other 1 dose the other 2. We have a pressure bleeder.Some times we use to fill the brake line at the master cylinder till it comes out the bleeder of the caliper bleeder.Close the bleeder and attach the brake line to master cylinder.Then bleed at master cylinder.You may have a clog in the brake line blow it out.Be careful blowing out line.Cover the ends of the lines.If this doesn't work call me on Monday. 928 246 6819

silverbullet Dyno Jet Power Commandor Thar are guys in Europe that can tune the joyner computer.They can change the fuel map and timing on a lap top.The set up is for a UTV Polaris.But i know many use them on the 800 cc Renli buggy's should work on the 1100 cc.Just sent for reference what they can do. Polaris Ranger RZR/S 4 Seat Power Commander is now a Reduced size from PCIIIusb (less than half of the size of PCIII) USB powered from computer (9 volt adapter is no longer needed for programming) 2 position map switching function built in (map switch not included) Gear/Speed input on Polaris Ranger RZR and RANGER RZRS Power Commander V Model (allows for map adjustment based on gear and speed) Analog input (allows user to install any 0-5 volt sensor and build an adjustment table based on its input such as boost or temperature) With gear position input connected the PCV is capable of allowing each cylinder to be mapped individually and for each gear (for example: on a 4 cylinder bike with a six speed transmission there could be up to 24 separate fuel tables). Unit has a -100/+250% fuel change range (up from -100/+100%). Silverbullet If you can afford the can am than it is a better built buggy. Thai have improved the whole buggy but the Can Am is one of the best utvs built.

silverbullet 2scoops it seams like you know more than me.Before you blog make sure you know the facts you are talking about.We stand behind every thing we do.We have a 6 injector controller.It has its own maff sensor that controllers injectors that feed fuel directly in to the supercharger manifold as boost rises maff sensor starts to add fuel to the two injectors.This way we don't need to put bigger injectors.We have 6 injectors.Buy putting the 2 injectors under the supercharger will cool the boost temps.We have decided to run a water meth injection system this will lower the temperature 100 dig.And raise octane by 17 points and rase the boost.Same as race fuel and still use regular gas.5 psi fuel pressure give me a break.It will be about 60 PSI with the 2 new injectors. 2scoops i thought you new better we are working on the reliability and the maximum low end torque. Silverbullet Hi The thing you have to considered is the angle of the C/V joint when you disconnect the tie rod end and drop the suspension.Spin the wheel and you will see the c/v joint will bind.If you set up more travel the c/v will bind and break the c/v axles.The only way you can lift is move the differentials down.This is a big job.Just some thing you need to look at.
