Silverbullet We are working on our 3 cylinder engine.Our bolt on supercharger with water meth injection.We are getting the 800 cc engine in good shape so we can run some test.Once we get it running good we will do some test.Our fuel management system is being worked on now.We need to get it working on this build.We are going to try to keep the price under control.

Thank you for the question. This is and interesting concept, and we do have a stage 3 controller that can read injector pulse width to modulate injection from our system. However using the nozzles and pump with no controller would require experimentation with relays and electrical which would be an R&D project we cannot currently support. It may be possible given relays to transform the injector pulse into a 12v signal to open a solenoid and energize the pump, but we cannot guarantee and results with out a snow performance control box on the system. Silverbullet We are starting a new order list for next 2 weeks,Trooper Differential,Renegade,Commando.These will be the differential with the Up grade kit.New hardware 12.9 with nuts tig. pin and adjusted back lash.We do this in our own shop.If you need a new differential we stock those to up graded in China.They are what Joyner sales.If you want it right away than that is the way to go.

silverbullet We have ordered some rear deferentials. Trooper,Renegade,Commando.Will all be up graded buy us.Including Back Lash new 12.9 hardware with nuts.We tack weld the pin in place and make sure every thing is up to spec.No other dealer dose this and they charge more money.Some times we have a 10 to 20 day wait.Some times so be aware. -

Silverbullet I have seen turbo charger kits on the websites.I see pipes hoses exhaust system.But never have seen a dyno sheet.I mean never over all the years we have built performance parts.I tried to build one and it was just two twitchy.Turbo lag is just the most aggravating thing that i decided never to build one to sell.Our supercharger has none of these problems.The all you get is instant power from start to finish.We have them for all Joyner's,Models including Renli,Sand Reeper and any other buggy that uses the Chery engines.

We are going to dyno it in a few weeks.This is the third one we have made changers to.They all worked well but want to build the best performing one.Each one has inproved torque on the low end.Different runners and shape of the manifolds.Coming soon no turbo lag.Just touch the pedal and you are gone.Inter cooler is built in. silverbullet The first thing i would do is pull the CVT belt cover.Start the engine and put in neutral and slowly raise the rpm.The pulley in the front should start to to close and the belt in the back should open up(belt should be moving in to the center of the pulley. If it is not than there is the problem.Call me if you need help.But before you call do what i described in the begin of this note. Thanks

Hello I have 650 commando rear differential.

silverbullet The 650 are a complete other thing.The back lash is way off and can not be made great.We up grade the hardware and shim the pinion and ring gear to the best we can.We sent out ring and pinion to a test facility to see if they were harden properly and were strong so they did a pull test and they were ok. We have sold about 60 units with a 2 come backs.Vary hard to find them they want a big order of 20 unites doesn't work for us.So we are just constantly looking for them.We have a lead lets hope it pans out.C/v axles are easy to get we have some in stock.
