No the trooper rear differential.We do the Lenny up grade plus a few other modifications.On all the differential we get from China has gotten better Trooper but we find small mistakes.We up grade the hardware to 12.9 with nuts.We tig the pin and a few other things.

silverbullet When you adjust the valve clearance.It would be a good time to get a custom camshaft.We have a new profile on our camshafts.We have naturally aspirated and forced induction.We have a new profile with new software we have made some adjustment for more power on the low end torque.Turbocharger buggys will see big improvements.Easy to install (do not need to remove the head.The cam lobes are coated with a new friction coating to give you the most for your money.Shims included.Video on You Tube video under silverbulletmotorsports.net. Silverbullet We have solved the tie rod problem. We use a heim joint chromoly and spacer.It comes with a seal and a plated bolt.This will last for years.Do not put a zerk fitting in heim.That only increases dirt getting in Thanks Rich

Hello I can't log in had do a new account Silverbullet10 For you guys with turbo charger this might work better for more power.We built it to work on our supercharger.It works like this.The new maff sensor will tell when there is more boast and ad more fuel as the boast gets higher it will add more fuel to match the boast.It not all or nothing you can run Water alcohol injection or just gas. Jeff If you can fix i would appreciate it.

silverbullet10 We carry all the shims for all chery motors 5.00 ea.The motors are getting older so things like camshaft clearance should be checked and in Spec.Not a vary hard job.But must be organized.We have a Video on You Tube.Siverbulletmotorsports. silverbullet10 We have been installing the new up grade for Trooper and Renegade.We have found some things to help to last much longer.Lenny had did most of the R&D we just found a few things like 12.9 allen head bolts.And we do this to all the rear differentials.Price of a stock unit with the upgrade.750.00 Takes about 10 days. Joyner Parts Dealer.In China they have 3 levels of quality.You can buy a Chery engine.If you buy direct from Chery you pay 2,000.If you buy from a Vendor you can pay 1,600 dollars because its not made buy Chery. It is built buy small shop with lower quality control and parts that are copy's of Chery parts.So be aware what you are getting.Parts like Pistons could be 69.00 from Chery and at the low end for 40.00.They are making poor quality parts.The third levels is 29.00 the lowest level.So be aware! 928 344 2117

silverbullet Yes and engine change would be one way to get more power.When you do it send some picture.The SQR371 is a 1000cc engine.Canada has passed a new law saying to drive on the road.It must be 1000 cc or less.

silverbullet Hi our business is booming and time is short.We do not rush the big engine rebuilds.We do the Performance parts for the fun of it and is a small part of our sales.We do it more because we love to push the limit on our 800cc 1100cc engine this customer is in now hurry so we can try new tricks like making the rods stronger.We always have things to work on like our supercharger.We are also trying to find Vendors in Chine.We have about 80% of our parts come direct to us from China.I am sorry that we are not working on your time table but ours.So patience! You seem wound up all the time relax.We are going to try to import the SQR371 1.0 L.3 cylinders with more torque and H/P then the 1100cc SQR472.In stock condition.Just the weight savings would be a big benefit.With some performance items it would be a killer.The supercharger is getting closer pictures coming soon.

To get and idear on how to remove and instal cams.The video that will come with the cams will be vary detailed.We will send you the shims for each valve to set the clearance.

No it was fine but got new software and found a new coating and profile.Plus we never did a forced induction cam.Hope this answered your question!

silverbullet The funny thing about the 1500 Renli is they use a trooper rear differential.Just can't get away from Joyner.Big engine for that differential.I have started to sell parts for Renli. Also new motor the SQR 371 1.0 L.3 cylinder more H/P and torque.Than the 1100cc motor.

silverbullet Hello 4,000 Rpm if you are going to drive a long time at this speed.Keep your eye on the temp.gauge if the temperatures goes up slow down a little.Make sure you a snorkel the air filter to the roof. Use pvc pipe.

silverbullet New Trooper Steering Rack.Up graded in the USA.We disassemble the rack than we remove the gears and file the teeth and this will make it last longer.Plastic insert was installed buy the factory.We use a special grease that we found for C/V joints.It keeps the C/V joints 20 degrees cooler running in the dunes all day.

Silverbullet We now have 4x4 Actuator in stock.190.00! These have been sealed from water.The grease we use keeps the plastic gear last longer. Matt

Silverbullet Casey we will let the UTV Board Members make up there own minds.As soon as they get there parts.We took all the unites apart and did the best we could to set up back lash.We had to re shim all the units to get the best back lash possible But the last two ring and pinion were worst of them all.We will find a new vendor in the next few months.I have been a member for years and have tried to sell the best possible parts i could.I stopped buying the rear differential and ring and pinions from you because of the quality.
