Silverbullet I have just spoke to my friend at Chery and he said that Renli is in trouble.Did not say how bad but it didn't sound to good. The time i spoke to Casey he said he was worried about the Renly customers.I do have a source in china who said i might be able to get parts like driveshafts and some other drive train parts. We will just have to wait and see.

No not at all..The one we used was a big bore 1100 Viper. Its to new to do any hard runs. But you could feel the power they put out.The reason we changed the regrind was a friend of mine just got new soft wear so we could have more input on the profile of the lobes. The other good thing is you do not have to remove the head.So you can install on a weekend. We send shims and tools to re shim to the right spec.18 & 25.We send a link to you tube on how to install.I will send link i a little while i need the computer geek to do the link. Talked to Silverbullet about Trooper supercharger
silverbullet replied to 2scoops's topic in Joyner UTV SxS Forum
silverbullet Times have changed so has our new supercharger. It will be a bolt on system.Yes it will have the newest type of water to air inter cooler (Laminova) built inside of the plenum. This will have a pump to circulate water through the inter cooler with a small heat exchanger. Fuel management will have its own Boost Sensing MAF to control the two new injectors. What that means is as it senses boost pressure it will trigger the 2 extra injectors to add more fuel. So it will have 6 injectors on the 4 cylinder. The new extra MAF will control those 2 injectors only. The old MAF will work with the 4 other injectors. It will bolt on!!! Anybody will be able to install it. You will need basic hand tools (socket set and wire stripper) and a few hours of free time. For the Heat Exchanger we recommend using an 80/20 mix of Distilled Water and Methonol or a standard 50/50 coolant with an additive (Redline water wetter for example) of your choice. More information and details to come.... -
silverbullet Congratulation on your new purchase. This is the best forum for Joyner's.Check out our website. silverbulletmotorsports.net If you have any questions just call Monday to Friday. Rich

silverbullet With our cams we have went to another company and had them make 2 different profiles.Stander ed and force induction. They have new software now and the grind is pretty radical on the forced induction cam.We have made it easy to install with the shims assortment we send with the cams. The tool is easy to use and changing the shims will be easy.We have a you tube video to guide you along. So the answer is yes.You will not need to take off head.Just the cams. Thank Matt Any question call 928 344 2117 or email [email protected] Website silverbulletmotorsports.net.

silverbullet On The cams we have been doing cams for the Chery engines. We have found a new camshaft company.Thar are people on the UTV board that have the cams in there Trooper & Viper. With this company we have had some new computer software and have made 2 new cam profiles 1 for natural aspirated engine and then1 for forced induction. We have never done a forced induction cam. With the new software we have been able to improved the regrind profiles,The next thing we have done is a big shim kit with each cam.Thar will be a charge on the kit till we get it back.It will have a tool to install the shims. We also have a you tube video telling you a step by step instructions. The new cam for forced induction was made for our new supercharger kit.It will be a bolt on kit.We have a new water to air cooler built in to the plenum.it will have a pump to circulate the water in to heat ex changer. We have also finished the controller it will have a special Maf. sensor it will have two extra plugs for 2 injectors that will add fuel as boast builds. Not just add fuel on full throttle. So as boast builds fuel will be slowly added as needed. We are going to use Meth water injection on these injectors.I know people keep saying its not reliable.Well Subaru use it on the WRX from the factory. And now BMW will use on the new M4 BMW.This is and option for maxim power for those customer who want to go fast.Or run gas instead of Meth Water injection. This is going to be the most advanced supercharger system in the industry! For get Turbo Charging. If you don't want turbo lag.Our system with instant response all the time. The cams and see 110 + H/P silverbulletmotorsports.net Any questions call 928 344 2117

Silverbullit As you know we are refining our supercharger to be affordable for the customer. We have a custom fuel system. It has a special Maf sensor Our system has two extra injectors that will feed more fuel as the boast builds. Its not all at once but adds more as boast ramps up.This is one part of the system.Next we are using a sealed water inter cooler using the latest technology.Small pump and small heat exchanger. That is all in one unit.Bolt on the Manifold hook up a few wires and your done.We can raise or lower boost buy changing the pulley. Our test vehicle is a 800cc.Joyner 4x4 we have and EGT, Air Fuel ratio, boost gauge. So we can adjust every thing to make a reliable supercharger kit.We still have a little more work.

Hi Yosho That shim only fits if you have a bearing carry has a lots of play. Some times it helps. The big one goes over the c/v axle before you install it in to the bearing. We have just started to remap a Joyner ECU.It looks promising to get big gains in the future. Thank You Rich

HP/TQ wise with the cams and fuel controller we are expecting at a minimum 20hp and 15-20 ftlbs peak. The real changes are across the rpm range, not just peak numbers. Once we get the dyno numbers we will get them out to the customers.
