Yoshio, I did respond to your other post, I explained about the dyno numbers and what not.

Yoshio, We have a few things in the works and in the interest of saving money, we are waiting to do the dyno runs until we finish up a few other projects in the quest for more power. Once we have the numbers we will let the public know.

silverbullet We have finely found program for ECU.We can re right the program on all Joyner's.We can do timing and fuel curve and rev limiter. We are going to do our first base test on a stock 800cc Renegade .We had to find out this ECU code for our new supercharger no piggyback system needed. We have it where there will be no hoses. It will come with intake manifold. We will still have the fuel controller for those who just need that extra punch.Check out our website and see all the new things we have .We have keep prices low on most things.New stuff coming all the time! Thanks Rich

Hello Joyner Owners THEY ARE HERE!!! 1100cc, 800cc and 650cc New Cam Shafts. There was a demand to bring them back so we did. They are set up with a slight change in duration, and have more timing in them to bump up that low end torque we all need and are hardcoated to reduce the wear on the cam. These really are the next step or a good start in the build of your engine. For the 800 and 1100 guys, snorkel, fuel controller, cams, pistons...boost.. For the 650 guys, snorkel, cams, pistons, custom carb setup...boost. We have N/A and Forced Induction profiles available. We are currently planning a build on our shop renegade to build an 1100 with the snorkel, new throttle body, super charger, ported and lightly polished heads, oversized pistons, we are looking for oversized valves and better valve springs. Looking to build a beast that is reliable. All of this has been in the works for months, that way we can pass it all on to you. If you have any questions or comments feel free to drop us a line or shoot us over an email.

Silverbullet The weakest part is the differentials. If you open the fill plug on the rear deferential look up to see the bolts that hold the ring gear.If it has wire going threw the bolts you should up grade the differential if it has tabs than it has been up grader. This dose not mean you will not have a problem with differential but at least it was up graded. The rear drive shaft should have C/V joints not have universal joints. This will at least some one took care of the drive train. This is the worst things that fails.Cut off the bands off the C/V boots and clean out the old grease and replace with a good C/V joint grease.if you want to ask a question just call 928 344 2117 Thanks Matt

silverbullet Trooper Wheel Bearing
silverbullet replied to silverbullet's topic in Joyner UTV SxS Forum
Silverbullet We have new Chery low compression pistons. It is from Chery Engine Manufacturer a top tier part.A complete set of Trooper And Viper 1100cc pistons for 189.00 complete. 800cc pistons will be 169.00.We will still be making the forged pistons for those that want only the best pistons with total seal rings. In .030 to .070 -
Silverbullet We have made a shim for Trooper Wheel Bearing. It goes on the C/V axle and removes the play between the bearing. The next step is a Lenny trick to put lock tite on the outer carry. You will still be able to service the German bearing. The inner race will come out when you need to service. We use Desert Gold Lube on all bearings and C/V axles. It makes the c/v run 20 degrees cooler than any other grease we have used.

Renli owners... We are trying to develop an adjustable fuel controller for the renli rl1100. We would need to borrow an ECU to do the programming. We would cover all of the costs for the shipping and the R&D. Then you would get your ecu returned along with a new fuel controller for free. If you are interested in the please contact us at SilverBullet Motorsports 928-344-2117 [email protected]

Silverbullet We use a slap hammer. But if that dose not work use a heavy duty tie strap and wrap it around the inner joint.Hook other end to trailing arm and tighten as tight as you can. Then put 2 pry bars between the C/V and the diff and hammer the pry bar down.Putting as much force as you can and try to hammer the c/v out back and forth try to tighten the tie strap down some more as tight as you can. Then hammer the pry bars down some more and see what happens.Let me know.Let me know. Thanks Rich

Good Afternoon Fellow UTV Board Members, We have been tinkering with the idea of seeing just how far we could take the 650cc engine bore and see what displacement we could end up with. So started with the stock 75mm bore and started to open it up from there. After careful measuring, and triple checking everything we decided to pull the trigger on a 77mm bore to see about the longevity of the engine and to see if we will be able to take it out further. It so far has survived a slightly hellish test phase where I had one of the guys take it out and run the crap out of it. He says (butt dyno) he can feel a bump in the torque and the shift points were a little different, but that could be due to the fresh rebuild. He said that the next step would be the intake and exhaust sides of the engine. So next step will be porting the head, and building a better exhaust

silverbullet I see the bearing is SKF .I cant see the bearing to well.If you bought ours we would send shim.We check the bearing and 35x65x35 size is in spec.I did not see the snap ring.I have sold about 120 of these bearing. No complaint except these 2 so far. That your bearing is SKF Spain.SKF is one of the best bearing company in the world.Made in Germany has the best quality control. What do you think is happening.May be need to sell Chinese bearings.I am only kidding. The shim will take care of it.It will pre load the bearing and tighten the bearing to the C/V Axle. One thing is your bearing has a plastic cage.Ours is steel. Thanks for the feed back.We are out of trooper c/v axles so we can't check it.I know years ago we sent shim with bearing. We make much more money on the Chinese bearing. We sell the new bearing because we want to sell the best parts for Joyner,s Please call me on Monday and i will put a tech on the line or just give us your opinion by email on what you think is wrong.May be to much quality for the Trooper. Matt
-
Silverbullet Please send photo of the up grade you did.The bearing will come out with out removing the outer race.Only the cheep Chinese ball bearing that you can not remove the inner race with the roller bearing. You are right we do not drive many miles every year. But we have customers with 5 to 6 thousand miles. On them and that's all off road.Well you might have a point! Nice talking to you Matt
-
silverbullet We have added a shim in center of the bearing so you can pre load the bearing.Lenny had posted a while back and most members just loctite the bearing in the carry Wait 24 hours and than install the c/v axle.We have the shim on order will have them in a few weeks. We are hoping that they have them in stock. We will send all the customer that already bought the Trooper bearing the new shim.If you do not know how to pre load the bearing call our tech line and they will explain how to do it. Thank You Matt
