silverbullet Fuel pressure should be 50 psi.On the older troopers they put fuel pump after the fuel filter.It should be pump filter and pressure regulator.Switch the fuel filter after fuel pump.It makes the pump run cooler & last longer. Thanks Matt

Silverbullet The new Trooper has a lot of up grads .You get the most bang for the buck.I do not sell buggy's but just check out whats out their.The price for a RZR is 20,000 +++ and up some people spend 27,000 i speak to then every week and they tell me how good they are .You have to ether have to much money or just stumped.Rzr are great but before you leave the show room you could have bought a Nissan Altima.No disrespect just a thought. Makes since to me.

Hello I have rebuilt a lot of of motors and seen a lot of metail flacks in the oil .Ask them for a few oil filters.Spoke to Branden and he is checking every thing twice. Thanks Rick

silverbullet Hi Jeff the new trooper are nice i will talk to Brandon about your trooper.They come with new rear differential and C/V axles.Just make sure you take it easy for about 100 miles.Change oil after about 5 miles and than a few times up to 100 miles.Best of luck with your new Trooper. Silverbullet Matt is the parts man.He is on vacation will be back on Tue.I am standing in for him till tomorrow.And is just the owner i have retired i had to take it back from Jose because he could not make the payments.What i can say is we have been buying from China direct.So we can some times get parts from China that Joyner has stopped making.Older models 650 Commandos 800 cc Viper 650 spider.We will carry all these parts + the new up dated parts.Meaning you more options.Like the ring and pinion for all the models front and rear.We are the only Joyner dealer with the 650 commandos rear differentials in the world.Hope this helps you under stand my position.Retired!!!!!!!!.By the way we due have the front differential 690.00

silverbullet Great tip for UTV members.

silverbullet It is problem in the wiring connections.Pull fuse box off and see if any wires are brunt in the back of the fuse box.Swap relys and see if that works.I think Ernie has a wiring diag.Its vary rare the computer goes bad.Check members they should be able to help.JMC is moving but i think an eBay dealer will sell inventory on eBay.Not sure yet Casey didn't know. silverbullet Sorry it seems like the ring and pinion locked up.Pull the differential out and open it up and see if case is damaged.If not i think some one on the UTV forum has one for sale.The shaft in the trans is easy to replace and not to expensive.If you need any help send me and email.Or call 928 344 2117 ask for Matt.I have ring and pinion if you need it.Its new so see if some one has a used one it will be a lot less.

Silverbullet Just drill the bolt hole that holds the ball joints.Drill this bolt hole the next size bigger.Than get a bolt the size of the new hole.Get it about 3/8 longer so you can use a nut on the other side. You will need the nut because you will have drilled the threads out when you drilled the bigger hole.Make sure the bolt is long enough to use the nut on the other side. Thanks Matt

New upgraded 650 Commando rear differentials. The case has been machined to accept shims for the standard roller bearing which means you can now adjust the backlash. Replaced the hardware with new 10.9 bolts and locking tabs. 1100 Trooper power steering conversion kits are available. They are designed to be bolt in and easy to install. Silverbullet. You need to check the wiring harness.We have some problems with wiring harness. The plugs the pins push out when you plug them together.Joyners don't like to go in deep water.Start the process 1Start with each wire and trace it ti the computer.And keep going till every wire is tested on the engine harness.At least you had some parts to test with.
