Silverbullet I will get price on Monday Thanks Rick

Silverbullet It not the cc but the high compression forged pistons and the Total seal rings.Joyner use vary poor rings and pistons. We floot the wrist pins on the rods this helps. The quality is vary importment and these pistons are the best you can get the Total seal rings stop the lose of compression.Ad a custom cam and rejet carb. Thanks Rick

hey guys intake manifold is a few months out its just an idea we have started to put into action. as far as doing the cams for you and porting we have been thinking maybe starting to do that and giving you back pretty much a bolt on head ported, adjusted, cams installed, 3 angle valve job, surfaced head, and all ready to go would be nice wouldnt? send me the head and i will take care of the rest give me a call for more info on pricing and details. turn around time varies on our work load we have started doing more and more rebuilds because people are still running the original joyner filters. had 2 troopers shipped in last week just got the second one done today...

Silverbullet We are going to make a new intake manifold for Trooper. It will be designed to make low end torque. We are going to make it with internal cooling rods.We have a fab.guy on the payrole so things will get done faster. Will work with supercharger or Turbocharger or stock motor. The cooling rods will be inside intake it will not interfere with airflow. We are going to test temp with and without cooling tubes.
-
Silverbullet We are going to cool the intake manifold from inside to cool the air before it goes into the motor.Every little bit helps It should take about 6 weeks including testing.Things are going to move faster now we have fab guy on the payrole We will also work close with Lenny. You guys with Rengade and Vipers wont be left out.We are working on the 250 cc Viper as well big bore kit forged piston Clutch kits cdi,s

Silverbullet Compression is 12.1 These are forged pistons made in the usa with floating pin and clips. The Rings Are total seal no loss of compression Stock is 9.1

Silverbullet We are going to make a new manifold for the Trooper to gain low end power and help us with our supercharger install. Jose will get back to you on prices

Silverbullet You need to due a compression test dry and wet with a littel oil in it should be about 125 psi. on both cylinder1) we due carry all the parts you need forged pistons total seal rings standard and oversize.Custom camshaft Do a cylinder leak down test this will help you to determine whats up rings or guides 650 do have some blow but you should have a catch can with a hose from valve cover to can

Silverbullet We are going to the extreme with this Trooper. We are going to document each stage of the build. It will take a littel time for each stage.Lennys Trooper would cost about 10,000 to build. We are going to try a few new things and see how it works. We will start on it soon and will post the stock H/P on the Dyno.

We have been doing motor rebuilding for Joyner customers from all parts of the country. We just recived a Trooper from Chris/Jennifer they want monster performonce from thear Custom Trooper. It is one of the coolest Troopers that i have ever seen.Lennys is vary cool to.We are going to Dyno Stock motor and then start the build. We have worked out what we think is going to be a Monster 1)We are going to mill the head port, polish and match intake/exhaust manifolds. We are going to work on the combustion chambers. 2)We are going to deck the block, remove all rough castings and paint inner block for better flow of oil. 3)We are going to line bore the main bearing caps and match the bearings 4) We are going to bore the block .020 and use a set of out 9.5-1 forged pistons with Total seal rings filed to the proper gap.For no loss in compression 5)We are going to Supercharge motor With water alcohol injection so we can up the boost and still be reliable 6) We are also working on the rods first we will smooth the rough casting surface them cryogenic frozen 7)balance the crank radius the oil holes 8)oil cooler 10) custom forced induction camshafts 12) cometic headgasket 13) Stainless steel hoses !4) We are going to modify intake manfold and throttle body
