Silverbullet The tow should be about 1/4.Also stock tires are crap they are bias ply not redial and that doesn't help.A lot of times the whole suspension needs adjusting.! make sure all the joints are good then get a wood worker square.Check air pressure when cold and then put the square up on the out side of tire long side up.The squaw should be in contact with upper and lower side of tire.If it out you need to adjust the hims till the square touches tire upper and lower.Then adj.toe.If you need more info call Jose at Silverbullet and he will tell you how to adj.the tow. We have been using the sintered metal pads for about 1year or 1,000 miles and no big rotor wear.They are great on my renegade we don't use the brakes much.But when you want to stop they stop.We use synthetic break fluid stops faster and it takes the heat.The hotter they get the better they work.We are going to supercharge my Rengade first.We have a customer who we are going to work with on his trooper to supercharge his.So we are going to work on both of them at same time.Lenny is the one who started this whole thing.Now we are going to see what we can do with this set up and keep the price down to be affordable. Cam shafts shims and installation instruction are all most done.Plumber we are going to ship out your cams soon cant wait to see what you think. Thanks Rick

i saw your post on upgrading your ball joints to accept zerk fittings and thought you or somebody on the board might be intrested in our ball joint "upgrade" kits offered here at silverbullet. they consist of 90deg zerk fittings for ease of greasing, polyurethane boots to resist corosion from the sun, and a set of clamps to hold it all in place. we are under new management and are striving for better customer service and faster turn around time. thanks 928-344-2117

silverbullet Bilstein shocks testing is starting end of week.We have done a little testing and so far good results around shop and on the road.Some hard pack but no major testing.We are working on cam shafts for installation instructions on cams We need to go to the dunes for more testing over speed and rough areas out in the dunes.Have good travel but need limit straps.Giant reservoir for cool running.Dual rate springs in rear and linear in the front. 1850.00 set of 4 shocks.Completely bolt on.More testing will be done.Just so we are sure they work good in all conditions.A smooth ride for trail rideing but good on the rough stuff good handeling at high speeds. We are in the115 degree temp now and working is hard to due Thanks Rick .

Silverbullet Hi Mike we never spoke but have seen your post on this site.We have been Joyner Dealer for many years we were the second new dealer in the USA.Best of luck Mike.

It will take you all day.Just read instructions.Go slow step 1 and 2-3-4 We are taking apart our trooper so we can give you step by step with pictures and text.We will try to make it as easy as possible.We will try to give you every thing you need.V/C gasket toque specs.If you need timing belt we will have it.Just go slow you should due compression test and check valve clearances so you will no spec.If vary tight then some thing is going on like valves may be worn out.If compression is about 140 on all cylinders and you have clearance you should be ok. Compression is about even on all cylinder thats a good sign. This is just my thoughs on how to proceed with this job.The more experance the faster it will go.Retoque cylinder head bolts If you need tech help call us 928 344 2117.It not hard just adjusting valve clearance is a pain.We will try to make it as easy as possibly.
