Hi 2 scoops Are you sure you want your c/v binding.Are you not worried about the c/v joint cage breaking.May be i miss understand what you said i know you know what you are doing.Just dont want you to go and have a c/v breaking. Thanks Ricks

Silverbullet I have Renegade and like it a lot.The 09 is a good year to buy.Renegade is a good utv.Vary few problums with them i have been a Joyner dealer for 7 years i would pull of hose off intake by the throttle body and get a flash light and see if it has any dirt in it.Thear air filter was junk and did not seal at all.If ok then its a little high priced but if nice like new than should be ok to buy.Change air filter as soon as possible move it up to the roof out of dirt. Hi Ricksrb Wow that is one clean engine! Yes you have the hose going in to the intake that is whear it should be.Just keep your eye on it.If you dont have smoke coming out of breather hose you are good to go.Make sure the oil is not duluded with gas from runing to rich I think the way your intake snorkel is running stright up what little amount of oil it just runs down in to to the throttle body no big deal. Would add and oil canaster so this will not happen again.Thear cheep and are chrome to look good.It is not necessary to have. Silverbullet

Silverbullet First thing to do is compression test.Then pull the plugs and replace them with NGK BKR7E-11 or NGKR7Z-11.Make sure you hook up vacuum line from regulator to small vacuum line on the intake use a tee fitting.Set fuel pressure to about 55 psi.These are the things we are finding out as we go. Silverbullet Joyner is back and have made manny changes for the better.They have a hard road to get the whole thing together.But all the Troopers you know with the up grades will please every body.They will have parts when you need them.They will be faster & better to react if thear is a need. They should be up and running in 60 days or so.Parts first then cars. This is the fact.I know all the guys that will be thear and they love thear Joyners to. And when you want performance parts call me. Cams are hear testing them out as we speak we came up with a new trick for even more low end toqure.Besides the cams!

No they have single rate springs.But Larry will give you info.of what he thinks.He drives his trooper easy and hard.When he left he only had rear shocks on he had to wait for spring cap.But i spoke to him and he said he just got them in.He installed them he said he would try asap and let me know. Hi Silverbullet We just sold Larry Quigly a set of AFCO shocks set up for Troppers.See what he thinks.They were 1425.00 for a complete set.The only thing we had to due is weld 1/2 inch washer because the uniball was 1/2.In the future we will have spaces made.We also have Bilstein shocks custom made for Troopers they came with res. bilt in 1875.00 they bolt right in.For any body these shocks will work out great they ride soft can take the woops real well.No bottoming out and plenty of travel.All the other stuff is for pure racing and unless you race you dont need them.Its a Tropper not a race buggy.Then Spend 1000.00 of dollers on race buggys!

ricksrb cams coming in about 2 weeks more lower midrange power they said about 20% more power and toque. Silverbullet.

Hi Rocmoc I would like to see pictures of doors.I know i must have mised them on the forman.If you can post them that would be great.Love to see them and see how they close and open.May be whear you found parts as hingers & locks.I no you were interested in the cams 2 to 3 weeks out.They are working on the shims now. Silverbullet. I was think of makeing them out of diamond plate in black.The only thing they would make noise over stones.We could use some of the plastic and trim it out with the diamond plate.This way we could make 45 degree bends by the sides and the front to look real cool.What do you guys think.The rocker panel would be easy to make and look real nice.

Silverbullet. Its real close as it comes.We have instaled 3 units and right out of the box it worked great.To get the max out of it you need the Innovate set up.We have the universal one so after we install the unit we test the stock setings.So far we have to adjust some units but they are real close out of the box.If your compression is off it will need adjustment.No dyno needed.We sell the Innovate unit for 191.00 it works well and not a bad thing to have.With this unit you can see how your motor is running at all times it will tell you how your fuel system is working and looks cool to.But you do not need it!!!! Silverbullet All you have to do to check motor is pull hose off valve cover when motor is hot.If you see blow by or have smoke coming out you could have problem.It sound like its ok but always keep filter oiled and clean.

Silverbullet We are blowing out our controller to the 1 - 25 members.We do have about 50 units.The price will be 185.00.Set up is real easy .Any questions call Rick 928 344 2117 We will have our camshafts in a few more weeks.They are working on low end toqure They sent us a set and they worked vary good.Toqure started in at about 2600 RPM and pulled strong.We are going to get a better grind so toqure comes in around 1800 RPM he said no problem.
