Silverbullet Sound like you have fixed the 1 problem the TPS.After you get it installed i would check out the turbo system.You should have A/F ratio gauge.So you know if everything is working to make sure it's running right.I hope everything works good if not just call me and i will help you out.Let me know if this fixed the starting problem i log everything in a book so i can reference it when customers call me with problems. Make sure you snorkel your air filter to the roof 3"pvc.If you drive sand then go Uni filter if dirt than go K&N Good luck.I have cams to help with turbo lag.Easy install.Good Luck Rich

silverbullet I can send you a shop manual.Just send an email and i will sent it to your computer.Do compression test first auto zone loans them out free.It takes 20 min.To do This could be the problems.Check it first i can't help of you do not check compression first. Rich

Silverbullet Sinces it is turbocharged it is hard to tell.I always tell every body to go back to basics.1) compression test this is the most important check.One you do that than its time to test the fuel injection.Changing parts is not the way to fix this you need to test the sensors.Send email to me and i will send a shop manual to [email protected] its intermittent it could be a vacuum leak.But you can check each sensor and map sensor or crank sensor.But do compression and i will send shop manual.Its not hard to check all sensors with a volt meter an then you can be sure you can find out the proublum. silverbullet Hi Tobie The trooper differential are expensive Joyner 849.00.With stock up grade we take the differential and we reshime them we put 12.9 bolts with nut on the ring gear.We tig the pins and do a few thing to make it last longer.Our warrant is 1 year.Must use synthetic gear lube.Our price is 775.00 35.00 shipping.We have never had a comeback yet doing this upgrade Lenny did.If you want i have ring gear and pinion gears.Cost is 455.00.These are the best differential built.I looked at the company were building differentials and i found these to be the best made.The machine is to notch.The teeth are nice and smooth like CNC work.Sorry but they raised the prices last year.It takes 10 to 15 days to get to me and i do up grade and ship out unit usually 2 days.And When we take the apart they stop tig the pin.And the shims on the pinion need to move the pinion back as much as possible. Jeff Just call any shock company and ask what they recommend for any gas shocks.New FOA coilover inspection, problem, nitrogen charging You Tube.This is good place to see the correct way to charging your shocks and see jeff is incorrect. Thank You

silverbullet We have tried to keep the price down.The differential has gone up in price we can not keep the price down.The shims have gone up.The new price is 850.00 with up grade. Thank You

silverbullet We take them apart re shim them change bolts to 12.9 and tig pins and grind spider gears.They are not spot tig pins any more.Don't know why.

silverbullet Ground ponder went out of business because of the CVT tranny.They just could not get it right.
