  1. It should if it has a transmission. some use ATF and some use Gear Oil. here is a factory copy of the service manual available from our Library
  2. Hogs can be hunted 24/7/365 here in Texas. they're good and tender around 40 pounds.
  3. Emphasis on TOOTH brush....................................
  4. I guess my invite got lost in the mail........
  5. DON'T FORGET THE BARBECUE!!!!
  6. yeah in the spring and summer we don't even use the inside shower, we just go outside with a bar a soap ,it's so humid....
  7. We dodged a bullet with Nicholas. The Eye passed about 20 miles south of us, we got about 2" and tropical storm force winds. 'Lousana took the grunt of the rain.......again..
  8. How many hours/miles on it? it could be the belt slipping.
  9. ahhhh... i see now. definitely an odd shape.
  10. Take a look at those, these swivel up and down and side to side, so far big bumps have not moved them when in position. and come with the 3 different size clamps for different ROPS bar sizes https://everythingkawasakioffroad.com/kawasaki-teryx-mule-rear-side-view-utv-mirror-with-three-clamp-sizes-by-moose-0640-1193.html
  11. I don't know how hard or easy it is, but i would pull the valve cover off and check the operation of the valves for that cylinder, if you can find a way to rotate the engine by hand, should go Intake valve, (compression, both valves closed) power (piston going down) exhaust valve opens (piston travels upwards).
  12. Yep, if it were a Rod it would be alot more constant and much louder with speed, which i didn't hear any of that so i believe it's in the clutch. of course that can be confirmed if you run it without the clutch
  13. Sounds like the noise my CVT clutch has been making for a few years ( ) Definitely not a connecting rod or anything, I'd get into touch with VFORCE John, http://www.vforcejohn.com/ [email protected] They do clutch upgrades and rebuilds and he'd probably know what your issue is.
  14. Most likely since it's this current year model, you won't find many, but the Mule SX series models are all the same as far as frame fittings/dimensions/fit. Kawasaki part number is KAF600-025A Here are some good aftermarkets one from Warn and Moose. https://www.sidebysidestuff.com/kawasaki-mule-sx-plows-implements.html
  15. https://www.utvboard.com/files/category/8-hisun/ see if you can find your manual in here, it should contain some troubleshooting tips.
  16. What kind of roof do you have on your machine?
  17. Never seen any issues with Sea Foam unless too much was added (like, 1/2 a bottle in a push mower tank)
  18. I believe the engine used in those is a Kubota D902, however the big caveat is that the same motor, may have a different crankshaft output (PTO) size to fit different applications. I'm not sure in this case but it's something to watch for. https://dieselexperts.net/product/kubota-d902-engine-rtv/
  19. It could even be a sticking brake pad/shoe. I believe those units are CVT belt driven, it could be a stick drive or driven centrifugal pulley. The pulley's may need lubed... which you aren't "supposed to" but if it's them sticking it can not hurt. see if you can remove the belt cover, and with the machine in Neutral, give it some gas and check the movement of the pulleys the moveable sheave on them should move in and out smoothly with more or less RPM. i believe i have the correct parts diagram, with the twin cylinder engine? https://www.partstree.com/models/volunteer-46b-37ac46bd710-cub-cadet-4x4-utility-vehicle/engine-transmission-accessories-3/
  20. I'd go with the Polaris or Can Am, there aren't many part outlets for Intimidators unless you go direct to the dealer and get robbed. And who knows how long Intimidator will supply parts when your machine gets old. i know Polaris is still making parts for 15 year old machines.
  21. all depends on the problem Only if you have problems after it sits for a week or so. if you run it for a hour or so a day like mine, no problems. Star Tron also does very well at preventing carbs from gumming etc. I've cleaned too many carbs where the Sta Bil apparently fell out of suspension and gets sucked into the carburetor all at once.. doesn't run too well on only stabil.
