  1. i don't see a need for one.
  2. this is what i used https://www.amazon.com/HD-Switch-AM107421-Improvement-Kawasaki/dp/B0B8W8M3W6/ref=sr_1_3?crid=3GGEDB2XDZGW8&keywords=HD+switch+starter+improvement+relay&qid=1680140910&sprefix=hd+switch+starter+improvement+relay%2Caps%2C502&sr=8-3
  3. yes, cured for over a year now, if i remember right. thats why i suggested using a test light so you can see if the bulb dims any due to amperage or voltage drop...
  4. thats when i installed that John Deere starter improvement rely. not sure what type of starter that your machine uses. a multimeter could be used, but i prefer a test light in the case of finding load drops. You may have enough voltage, but if there isn't sufficient amps to do the work, nada,. but generally there will be a drop in volts along with amperage.
  5. Hmm, that sounds like an issue i was having if you have a test light or can get a test light, i would plug it in to the signal wire at the starter solenoid, and see if you get power to it everytime you turn the key.
  6. oh, you're having issues with the switch? What are the symptoms.
  7. anything is possible when wiring a key switch. you just need to find out which wires are provided Power when the key is in the start position, run position, and what wire kills it (most likely grounds the coil) when you turn the key off.
  8. Briggs and Stratton filed chapter 11 a year or so back, they did some legal mumbo jumbo and emerged as a "new" bankruptcy free Briggs and Stratton now and are still chugging along.
  9. WOW! glad you found that cause. That's definitely an odd issue. First time for everything.
  10. looks right at home!
  11. Sorry, just now saw this that comes out to 41 DC Amps. that should be plenty for lights, and sound bar. But i'd probably add a deep cycle battery for winch use. depending on the winch you get.
  12. First i'd find out what your charging systems Max amperage output is. If the accessories exceed that, go with another battery, preferably a deep cycle (marine) battery.
  13. i would guess there is a switch that is depressed when the parking brake is pulled up to activate the light, it may be stuck in the 'on' position.
  14. get some paracord or small rope, remove a spark plug, insert the rope into the plug hole until the cylinder is full (won't take anymore), remove the nut. i've used this method many many times.
  15. Wild guess would be that the chain has stretched from heat and wear. Hisun isn't exactly the industry leader in quality parts.
  16. welcome!
  17. Looked up the parts list and all of the submodels of the RTV1100c use the same transmission, K7731-14043 you may want to double check that part number with a dealer before purchasing anything.
  18. yeah
  19. the owners manual is a big help....not... Error code In the event that an error code is displayed instead of the hourmeter or the odometer, note the error code and then turn off the engine. Restart the engine next. If an error code is displayed again, consult your KUBOTA Dealer.
  20. i noticed on their website, they have a map of where there HQ is in Garland,TX.... titled as Massimo motor.
  21. Check with Powersports Nation for used parts. they have a wide variety, located in Georgia, i believe.
  22. the 4010 does not have a wet clutch. One thing that comes to mind, i would check the rear axle splines. the hubs are splined to the axel, if those splines pullout, or strip, it could cause a low speed issue like you're having. you should be able to check this by remove the rear tires, and axle nuts. it could also be an issue with one of the drive pulleys not fully engaging, This is the first thing i would do, remove the belt cover and make sure the pulleys move in their full range of motion.
  23. first thing that comes to mind is fuel supply. whens the last time you changed the filter?
  24. In case i forget, MERRY CHRISTMAS!
