  4. I'd guess there's either a fuse or relay in the system for the fans. not sure where though. might contact Coleman /hisun and get a wiring schematic.

  9. The bed has 2 pieces of flat stock welded into a saddle shape that sits over the frame, like this., and depending if you want the attachment to pivot or not, you could use 1 pin on each side and a latch, or 2 pins on each side if you don't want it to.

  11. Hmm, kind of odd for it to start well a few times, then back to hard cranking....
  12. remove the spark plug, then try to start it, if it spins strong, then most likely the valves are out of adjustment making cranking hard. now this is on a briggs engine, but the concept is the same,
  13. one thing i would do is remove the spark plug(s) and then crank it over, if it cranks easier with the plugs out, 98% of the time it's the valve lash. Adjusting the valves is a fairly easy process, just depends on what all is covering the valve cover. If it's an Overhead valve engine, excessive valve lash will cause hard starting, lash is the distance between the Rocker arm end and the top of the valve, usually ranges anywhere from .004" to .020" depending on the machine. Also the cables can be the issue, clean both ends of the ground cable, and Positive cable.
  15. I would say using a quick pin system would be the best, that's actually how the bed of my Mule is attached to the frame. Have corresponding holes drilled into the frame, and the attachment.

  21. you might think about towing a trailer with the tank etc, i believe the Pro has a stronger towing capacity than cargo bed weight.
