  1. That ought to be more than enough battery for that engine. I'm leaning towards a bad cell, since you said it showed full charge then nothing when you went start it.
  2. What HP is the engine?
  3. Might check this out Can-Am Maverick Check DPS display thread
  4. Do you have a multimeter? if so Set it DC 20 volts, attach the leads to + and -, take note of the voltage, turn the key to START, take note of the voltage, if it drops below about 10.5 volts, 99% of the time bad battery. Auto parts stores like O'rielly's will load test batteries for FREE.
  5. I found the CPS for a Chery engine https://www.ebay.com/itm/Crankshaft-Position-sensor-For-Chery-QQ-S11-1005117-KR2804-S111005117-/282312696392 https://www.amazon.com/Helen-Box-Crankshaft-Position-Sensor-S11-1005117-KR2804-S111005117/dp/B07S3LYX6C Do you know the model of the engine in your buggy?
  6. That would probably better answered by a dealer you intend to buy from
  7. The cargo bed is manageable by myself, not too heavy.
  8. do these look right? https://www.ebay.com/itm/Pair-of-Front-Outer-CV-Boot-Kits-for-Cub-Cadet-Volunteer-4x4-2006-2009/302341939631?epid=2092117924&hash=item4664fbe1af:g:fh4AAOSwEtNbJ9Kf quite a few aftermarket on Ebay.
  9. I'd guess there's either a fuse or relay in the system for the fans. not sure where though. might contact Coleman /hisun and get a wiring schematic.
  10. Welcome to the UTV Board! I've been through Fredericksburg a time or two, nice little area.

  12. dang, it's good takeoff power, what Horsepower you making ,about?
  13. On Flanders Field in World War I,
She got a big hole from a Bertha Gun,
She turned blood red in World War II
She hung limp, and low, a time or two,
She was in Korea, Vietnam, She went where she was sent
    by her Uncle Sam.
She waved from our ships upon the briny foam
and now they've about quit wavin' back here at home
in her own good land here She's been abused,
She's been burned, dishonored, denied an' refused,
And the government for which she stands
Has scandalized throughout out the land.
And she's getting thread bare, and she's wearin' thin,
But she's in good shape, for the shape she's in.
Cause she's been through the fire before
and i believe she can take a whole lot more.

"So we raise her up every morning
And we take her down every night,
We don't let her touch the ground,
And we fold her up right.
    On second thought
    I *do* like to brag
    Cause I'm mighty proud of
    That Ragged Old Flag"

  14. The bed has 2 pieces of flat stock welded into a saddle shape that sits over the frame, like this., and depending if you want the attachment to pivot or not, you could use 1 pin on each side and a latch, or 2 pins on each side if you don't want it to.
  15. Snow Plow?
  16. Hmm, kind of odd for it to start well a few times, then back to hard cranking....
  17. remove the spark plug, then try to start it, if it spins strong, then most likely the valves are out of adjustment making cranking hard. now this is on a briggs engine, but the concept is the same,
  18. one thing i would do is remove the spark plug(s) and then crank it over, if it cranks easier with the plugs out, 98% of the time it's the valve lash. Adjusting the valves is a fairly easy process, just depends on what all is covering the valve cover. I did find the contact info for the company so you might can ask them what they think too, info@qlinkmotor.com
  19. If it's an Overhead valve engine, excessive valve lash will cause hard starting, lash is the distance between the Rocker arm end and the top of the valve, usually ranges anywhere from .004" to .020" depending on the machine. Also the cables can be the issue, clean both ends of the ground cable, and Positive cable.
  20. I would say using a quick pin system would be the best, that's actually how the bed of my Mule is attached to the frame. Have corresponding holes drilled into the frame, and the attachment.
  21. I think he was a good fit for Indiana Jone's father...
  22. good deal, hope the new machines work out better for you!
