Which front strut do I have? Need to replace
Travis replied to paraord's topic in Kawasaki UTV SxS Forum
Do you have the 2015, 4010 TRANS 4X4 or the 4010 4X4? On kawasaki's website in the diagram it shows the strut, and then it shows a K30 spring as an ADD ON option. 45014 45014-0259 SHOCKABSORBER,RR 2 45023 45023-0005 STRUT 2 92075 92075-1784 DAMPER,SHOCKABSORBER 4 92144 92144-1919 SPRING,STRUT,K=30.7N/MM 2 (OPTION) Now if you have the plain 4010 4X4, the front suspension used a K 1.95 as the standard stock part, and the K30 as an option. 45014 45014-1435 SHOCKABSORBER,RR 2 45023 45023-1006 STRUT,FR,K=3.13 2 (OPTION) 45023A 45023-7503 STRUT,FR,K=1.95 2 92075 92075-1784 DAMPER,SHOCKABSORBER 4 92144 92144-1919 SPRING,STRUT,K=30.7N/MM (OPTION) If none of this helps you out, i would contact Kawasaki with your Model number (KAF-______) and also your V.I.N number and see if they can figure it out. -

got a good Husqvarna 445 and plenty of mixed gasoline, and a 70 HP Kubota tractor with a front end loader and bucket, all the gasoline and diesel cans are full (hope there isn't a fire, lol) and plenty of loppers, we're on a water well. we've got alot of water drawn up anyway in 2 liter jugs and milk jugs, made sure the generator is running good. We've got quite a bit of canned food stored.... Got plenty of munitions as well heck, if the grocery store gets sold out, we've got Dove and some deer meat in the freezer 👍 We're kind of worried about the wind as we used to have nothing but trees for a few miles around us, but they cleared it all out and put a subdivision in across the road... Tree's are good windblocks, and there aren't as many around as there were in 2008 with ike. -

Grimes county ( one county over from us) just issued a burn ban, it's pretty dry out west, we've been fortunate to get rain here. everything is still pretty green. -

ABC 13 out of houston said Hurricane Laura track shifted West towards Galveston bay, which that usually puts a direct hit on us in Conroe. Said it could be a Cat 3 or higher by tomorrow night at landfall. -

Kawasaki Mule KAF620E Battery Not Charging
Travis replied to wrfpd2's topic in Kawasaki UTV SxS Forum
Did you check the voltage while idling? Really the next step is to get a service manual so you can know what you're doing with out any doubts, as sometimes, electricity can be crazy. Do you know if this model uses a automotive type alternator run by a belt, or a smaller alternator placed behind the flywheel charged by magnets? Here's a few shop manuals for the 3010, I have one by the same company that's on the CD you load up on the computer, for my 550. https://www.amazon.com/Kawasaki-Service-Repair-Maintenance-2003-2008/dp/B00JDNDE4Y/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=Kawasaki+3010+Mule+Service+Manual&qid=1598223836&sr=8-1 Book: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Kawasaki-Mule-3010-3020-3000-2001-2002-2003-2004-2005-2006-2007-Service-Manual/124249546881?hash=item1cedd9a081:g:FksAAOSw4HNaYOyg- 5 replies

a lot of newer exhausts gaskets i've seen on UTV's and small engines are metal, close to a head gasket type material.

We definitely need the rain, KHOU talked about the Tropical depression may be a Cat 1 at landfall, and they moved the track just south of us, which will put us on the wet side. Ike hit us head on as a Cat 2 in '08 -

Kawasaki Mule KAF620E Battery Not Charging
Travis replied to wrfpd2's topic in Kawasaki UTV SxS Forum
The regulator/rectifier is usually the problem. If the new one doesn't fix it, get a Service manual for it so you can perform the proper tests to diagnose the problem.- 5 replies

With the engine running, i would check to see if there is warm air blowing out of that rubber tube.
-
They should work, looked at both parts lists for the dumps beds, the side carriers and the floor have the same part numbers. Besides color variation.
-
Welcome! Definitely don't need to be breathing that stuff in! I've searched around on google and couldn't find anyone else with that problem. Does the tail pipe go the very back of the machine and exit at the rear? I would be inclined to check for any exhaust leaks near the manifold (assuming a 2 cylinder engine?) or any cracks in the exhaust pipe.
-
Air box? If so, they are listed as the same partnumber for the 2013 and 2006 Mule 610.
-
Welcome! Depends, are you looking for an engine that will replace it? Or do you have the new Kubota engine, and you just need to know how to pull the engine?
