  1. Do you have the part number of the Ryco? Its possible the filter micron rating is too low and the pump cant pull enough fuel when under load and high fuel demand. i used a wix 33011 fuel filter for awhile with a rating of 12 microns, and i had fuel issues when going full speed and loaded down.. switched over to a Briggs and Stratton 845125 with a micron rating of 30 and never had any issues and it seems to filter well enough. I put an inquiry in to kawasaki for the micron rating of their OEM filter.
  2. This is what I would do next. Saabman, are you using the oem filter?
  3. Biggest down side on the chuck wagon UTV's now, especially for older ones, parts availability and service/troubleshooting information are somewhat hard to come by. If you're in the Used market, look at a Ranger or Mule.
  4. It could be as simple as a dirty fuel filter. that is where i would start. Im assuming this is a fuel injected machine?
  5. i don't have any experience with them but this video may help you out
  6. I don't right now but i can take some when i get home from work. I had to reapply it in a few small areas where we chunked heavy scrap iron in it and it gouged it... but i has really adhered good. 10. Yep. Hasn't Not cranked since I put it on.
  11. I actually tried that, and it never worked for me.
  12. 😋
  13. being a v-twin, you may only be running on 1 cylinder... you may drop a cylinder due to a bad ignition coil, spark plug or valves out of adjustment...
  14. that's what i was going to say, the RTV900 i've driven has a little bit more room for the legs, and the cab is taller.
  15. Vent tube outlet is on the top of the engine, it's possible but not likely.
  16. that's very possible, hopefully that fixed your problem. i wonder if your choke may have been getting stuck closed slightly, enough to cause an issue when you give it gas for an incline but not normal running.
  17. Pickup should be all metal/brass on the 610.
  18. https://www.colemanequip.com/parts/details/KubotaParts/Kubota-Front-Accessory-Box/K7311-99560/ You might also see what a local or nearby Kubota dealer can get it for. 99% Of the time they won't charge shipping when it's shipped to a dealer.
  19. Thanks for sharing this. Very valuable safety information!
  20. good to hear!
  21. Should have a KAF620 v-twin engine, The main thing when identifying an oil leak is to CLEAN everything... it makes it easier to trace. You'll have to remove the primary clutch and clutch cover, then you'll have access to the PTO oil seal. If it is leaking from the crankcase cover, you just remove the cover and scrape the old gasket and install a new one. might be easier out of the frame but it can be done in frame.
  22. ID tag location (which will determine model series) is usually on a sticker below the steering wheel on a horizontal frame rail.
  23. I saw that video the other day, absolutely crazy.....
  24. Drum brakes i'm assuming? jack up the rear end (and take it out of 4WD if equipped) and see if it makes the noise with the rear end off the ground. if it does then its probably your rear brakes making the noise. how long ago did you buy the machine?
