I don't know a whole lot about these Massimo brand, but it could be 2 things, a vacuum leak, causing excess air to enter the combustion chamber, or it could even be a electronic issue.
The bogging makes me think it's more of a vacuum leak, how I find vacuum leaks is I get a bottle of WD 40 in a trigger Pack, not a aresol can. And with it running spray around the injectors and lines and if I spray it in a certain spot and the engine speed changes, that's where it's leaking.
