  1. You'll need the above number to get a diagram, But, only parts diagrams are available, you'll need a workshop/service manual to get a detailed diagram with troubleshooting.
  2. Model number? Should be KAF-xxxxx
  3. Most likely it is located on the transmission, with a single wire going to it. Oh, have you checked battery voltage?
  4. I just remembered, I had a problem like this with my Mule once. It turned out to be the neutral safety switch. Which prevents it from starting in Forward or reverse. Not sure if yours has one though.
  5. Yep, anything that has a starter has a solenoid. Usually if the solenoid is bad it clicks. Then eventually poof, nothing. Id check all connections on the solenoid, and battery first
  6. Make sure you put the drain plug in before filling with fresh oil.
  7. Welcome from East Texas! Most likely the needle in the carburetor is faulty letting gas seep into the cylinder and past the piston into the crankcase.
  8. I use. Rocky Mountain for multiple items, and Utv parts and accessories have always been very helpful. Have bought 1 set of tires for the mule from them, 6 years ago, 4 for about $275 I think. Holding up nicely.
  9. Rocky Mountain ATV, and https://utvpartsandaccessories.com
  10. I don't know a whole lot about these Massimo brand, but it could be 2 things, a vacuum leak, causing excess air to enter the combustion chamber, or it could even be a electronic issue. The bogging makes me think it's more of a vacuum leak, how I find vacuum leaks is I get a bottle of WD 40 in a trigger Pack, not a aresol can. And with it running spray around the injectors and lines and if I spray it in a certain spot and the engine speed changes, that's where it's leaking.
  11. Carburetor or fuel injection?
  12. There is discussion about this on a hunting forum I am on, one of the guys contacted Kawasaki and "The bad news is the factory that makes and distributes the parts they need to fix the recall is shut down from Covid-19"
  13. Choking an engine provides a rich fuel mixture be lessening the amount of air entering the carburetor. So somewhere you have a fuel restriction, I would start by cleaning all fuel lines making sure the are clear of debris, if it has a fuel pump, be sure it works properly, and change the fuel filter. If none of that works there's possibly a blocked jet in the carburetor that needs cleaned.
  14. Probably taking so long due to the fixes, I imagine they will need to come up with a fix for The problem, test it, make sure it works so they dont have to do this all over again then add it to all the thousands of models and vehicles affected. But I'm sure it is very frustrating waiting, think after doing this for 30 years they'd have it down. Hope you all get on the trail soon!
  15. To be honest I don't know of any Cub Cadet utv part houses. Since Cub cadet doesn't make the buggy parts could be sourced from all over the world and put together in a Chinese factory. They do resemble a Massimo utv, so they might make it. https://www.cubcadet.com/en_US/service-and-parts/service-parts.html
  16. Welcome to the UTV Board bob!
  17. Textron and arctic cat merged, the closest servicing dealer is outside 50 Miles from Louisville. https://arcticcat.txtsv.com/shopping-tools/find-dealer

  21. Welcome aboard!
  22. Yeeeeeeeow! $131!! I just paid $75 for mine
  23. Oh here is the manual I found. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1006793/Hisun-Hs500utv.html?page=96#manual
  24. Most likely it's a 22 MM nut....hisun specifies a 94 foot pounds for a 22 mm nut. If it's not 22MM take the nut to a local hardware or parts store and try to find a socket, any good parts store ought to have individual sockets for sale. On my mules rear axle it's a 26 MM with 110 ft lbs.
  25. I do know that sometimes water in the fuel because that problem also....
