fuel injected?
could be a bad fuel pump, not pulling enough fuel From the tank to rev up,
or a clogged filter... I'd start with basics and make sure you have good u uninterrupted supply of fuel
From what I know, probably not, unless you buy a new starter that either will or will not fix the issue.
My personal advice would be as long as it starts, leave well enough alone...
330 cca should be more than enough.
Virtually all small engines have a compression release, it's usually placed on the cam shaft and provides a bump to the exhaust valve during start up.
It could simply just be a common occurrence on these machines
Since you say it does it right before it starts, could be the compression stroke is putting a heavier load on it and slowing the starter down.
although most utvs have a compression release on the valves for ease of starting.
Could be something as simple as a burr on one of the gears binding it
how many HP is the engine?

does this look right? Doesn't say if it's inner or outer.
You might look up Power sports nation.com they have a lot of USED parts.
After reading again, i think i was supposed to do everything + lead to here, and - lead to here. then do the same, but put the - lead where the + lead went...after reading the text in the last picture.... ?
:D
Regulator Circuit Inspection Test
Please the attached pictures.
A1 to B= 0.123
A2 to B= 0.121..... if i understand it right, this one should have been 100 times higher than the first "A1 TO B"
A1 to G= Nothing
A2 to G=Nothing
B to A1=Nothing
B to A2=Nothing
G to A1= .120
G to A2= .120
Take off the carburetor (unless it's fuel injected)
And clean it, sounds like a clogged main jet.
Edit:
Okay, after reading. it's fuel injected.
I would try first running some injector cleaner in it, and change fuel filters and check for good flow.
