  8. One thing, the score marks on the piston (S) IF YOU CAN HANG A FINGER NAIL, YOU NEED A NEW PISTON

  12. Does the cam have a compression release? Are the valve guides even>
  13. Go to Kawsaki.com, AND go to there Owner center, they should have a PDF of it.

  15. Be sure to replace Vavle seals piston rings crank bearings bearing in the cover case check the cylinder head for cracks
  16. GOOD! Might go ahead and get a new piston, Looks scored pretty bad from the pic im seeing

  19. How do you install/un install the Compression release on the Camshaft? They have pins you knock out, but there is like a little hole with a "Keeper" you might call it. do you have to use a press to press them in or what? HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!
  20. I know the CRANKshaft, the mark is pressed mark on a tooth.
  21. 01 Mule 550. I cant find the timing mark! Is the dot on the 1st pic a timing mark or is it an OIL passage? The 2nd pic is just whole cam it self. I can get more pics if need be.

  24. I figured the 30 dollars would be cheap insurance against me doing it, and messing something up worse. Let the Pro's do it, Unless you REALLY know what your doing. @vaughn Ever watch "Taryl Fixes All" on youtube. Pretty hilarious!
  25. According to the start of the video, I ain't got a prayer. Thanks, @vaughn! This tuesday, I'm taking it to the machine shop. They said it would cost 25-30 dollars, PLUS!
