  1. I do believe klung motors makes or made a CVT trans for the 800 and 1100 chery
  2. Cases, cylinder heads , jugs & pistons.. Hit me up I might have it!! ( I'm a certified Motorsports tech for many brands including CF moto)
  3. I've have gotten parts from Klung motors.com
  4. Cf moto Uforce 1000.. I'm a factory certified Motorsports technician and I work on them.. I just advise you to keep up on your maintenance.. keep the air filter clean and keep the oil changed and it should be good! The engine is a can-am copy. You can actually run a can-am 1000 V-twin oil filter.
  5. Hi I'm a power sports tech and I'm Kawasaki certified. I'm very familiar with them.. including already having the privilege of rebuilding a engine in one... (not from normal wear and tear) But as for your question.. sadly they are big Bulky and do not have a very good turning radius and to top it off their underpowered to boot... and I'm not impressed with the whole two stage clutching they got going. But as for good things.. they have one of the best available heaters ( dual thermostat set up heater gets hot faster then any other) factory accessorys are well made and fit well. Great suspension. Over all well built..
  6. Well it's been supercharged for about 2 years now. If I remember right I hit 100hp on e85 around 4 psi at the dyno, went to a smaller pulley / cleaned up the tune and made over 150 at 6 psi that day. I've went even smaller since then and I'm hitting a little over 9 psi now.. Haven't been back to the dyno so current HP is unknown. I've broken axles and lots of u- joints but not the trans yet.. Most likely because my trans goes to diffs and not straight to the wheels. That and I don't launch it, knowing what I'm demanding from a "kei car" drive train. But now my regard for it's well being is gone with the k20 and 6 speed trans is waitin... LOL.
  7. Nice! I'm going the same route myself with my trooper. I've supercharged the chery on a Haltech Elite 1500 ECU, custom intake w/ 42mm throttle body,93/E85 flex fuel... I'm in the process of finding its limit.. My K20 swap is on a pallet waitin for the pop! LOL.
  8. My ECU and coils are from haltech.
  9. I had weak moments I'd say.. where I considered if I should have gone a different route.. And thought of acting on it a few times too.. But instead of trading I changed the Trooper to better it in the areas where it was lacking! And what my Trooper has become today is something hard to beat.. It turns heads and is a animal on trails and hill climbs! Upgrades: · Custom Electric power steering w/ 2:1 steering quicker · Hand crafted aluminum intake w/22mm larger throttle body · Port & polished · Hand built Intercooled supercharger kit · Haltech elite 1500 ECU w/ wideband controller & custom tune · Haltech smart coils & Audi 1.8T injectors · Lowered diffs w/ skid plates · Fox air shocks all around · 30" Sun-f power tires on Sedona beadlocks · LED headlights, lightbar, clearance lights and rock lights.
  10. If it anyone with this problem ends up needing a coil or ECU I have both. I have switched my trooper to LS1 coils on a haltech elite 1500 ecu.. And no longer need them...$$
  11. Sorry guys been lookin all over and can't fine the 📦's.... But From what I can remember they were from Moose meant for a early to mid-2000s Can-Am Commander / Defender. Fit Perfect in the arm but you had to make the knuckles hole about 1 mm larger. I'll keep lookin for the box..
  12. I have HD moose ones in mine I'll get ya the part number asap.. Box is somewhere in the garage..lol
  13. Take a look at the honda pioneer 5 1000! I'm a motorsports tech and I've seen the Yamaha have cam lubrication issues.. If you look at a used Honda make sure it's had the transmission campaign done if it's older than a 2018.
  14. I would go for a Honda Pioneer 5 1000. Make sure it's had the transmission campaign/recall done if its older than a 2018. I'm a Honda /Motorsport Tech and that trans upgrade is important but, Other than that the Pioneer is a great unit! Theres also the Kawasaki Mule pro-fxt with the 3-cylinder chery engine, it also has a folding rear seat that enlarges the bed area and also is a good unit. I personally prefer the honda especially if you like to trail ride when not using it as a work unit. I would say the honda is a more trail capable unit and is much faster..
  15. .
  16. Hope ya get'er rockin!! http://mpsracing.net/joyner-trooper-drivetrain-parts/982-joyner-trooper-1100-new-style-rear-drive-shaft-tr110003030200a-.html
  17. Buy the 1000-5.. You won't be disappointed!! I got a buddy with a 2017 and its been a beast of a machine!! Powerful and fast for the rated power stock!! Keeps up with my other buddy's tuned and piped RzR1000 in speed and off-road capabilities no problem! He's got 3000 hard miles on and it still feels brand new! Some videos with it on my youtube..
  18. I don't know where you can get a direct fit kit.. But I built the power steering for my Joyner Trooper out of a Chevy 02-07 Vue / 05-06 Equinox electric power steering rack and a controller kit both available on eBay.. The kit gives you a knob on the dash allowing you to control the strength of the power steering assist. Seeing that yours is a electric vehicle, You just have to make sure that you have a good solid 12v source to power everything.
  19. I don't know where you can get a direct fit kit.. The kit gives you a knob on the dash allowing you to control the strength of the power steering assist. Which worked out awesome for me. Because I also put at 2:1 steering quickener! So at speed with the combination of the quickener and power steering my buggy becomes real Twitchy.. LOL! But, I just turn the knob down and it's good!
  20. Thanks! But that's a bit too pricey for me.. I've done everything D.I.Y and I only have a little bit more than that, in my custom supercharger kit...lol
  21. I have a custom intake with a larger throttle body, it's port matched - polished and supercharged.. Thought it would help me a bit over my modified exhaust with the cast one.. How much would you charge for one?
  22. Nothing I'm just lucky enough to have one of the years that came with the cast iron manifold..lol And I've been looking to upgrade to a tube header for years. I'm hoping that someone knows where to get one or has one laying around!
  23. Yeah.. Not cool at all! I had bought from him several times.. Then he took me for $200 and some odd dollars.. could be worse I guess.. I heard he had/owed people engines!
