  5. On second thought i changed my mind. I want to move right next door to Lenny. With weather like that how could i not want to.(of course his shop and knowledge of my trooper had no bearing on that decision)
  6. Here is a link to the rocmoc post on the rear bearings. Read all of them in thread, good info. http://www.utvboard.com/topic/2026-replacing-rear-wheel-bearings/page__hl__%2Brear+%2Bwheel+%2Bbearings__fromsearch__1
  7. I thought rocmoc had found something very close.Have to do a search to find it if he doesnt chime in here soon.

  11. I had seen one on ebay some time ago. Here is a link to a brush guard but doesnt look like its for a trooper. You should be able to modify it. http://phoenix.craigslist.org/evl/rvs/2781022585.html
  12. I copied and posted Lennys posts here regarding the relay replacement under the "TECHNICAL ARTICLES" topic for easy reference in the future. and I modified that one also. http://www.utvboard.com/topic/2258-technical-articles-in-this-forum/page__view__findpost__p__13295
  13. Adding an interposing Starter Relay. Ok, lets see if we can make this easy. Just get a standard aproximately 1" cube 4 terminal automotive relay, they are real cheap and you can get it at any automotive parts store. The wire from the Troopers stock relay that goes to the starter should go to terminal 85 of the new relay. The terminals are numbered on the relay. Terminal 86 should go to ground. Run a heavier than stock wire, #16 gauge from the battery to terminal 87 on the new relay and the same gage wire from terminal 30 to the starter solenoid. You can mount the relay about any place you want. Battery +12v to ---------------------------------terminal 87 of relay #16 wire Old wire that went to solenoid----------------terminal 85 of relay #16 wire if extention is needed Wire from engine ground to ------------------terminal 86 of relay #16 - #20 wire Wire from terminal 30 of realy to ------------starter solenoid # 16 wire Do not use 87 It is recommended by me that you solder the wires to the relay terminals to avoid the problems that have been created by the use of slip on connector in other areas. 14. you may be able to have yours rebuilt. I saw this add on craigslist but never purchased from them. http://losangeles.craigslist.org/lac/mcy/2818628522.html
  15. I might be there the night of the 3rd to the morning of the 5th.Wont know till next week.
  16. dont think it would work. I think rocmoc is suggesting that his trooper diff (if you were to swap with him) would be easier for you sell because there is more of a demand for them.He is looking for a renegade diff.
  17. Didnt think the Renegade came with a 1100, only thought they went up to 800cc???
  18. You will be throwing us a party when that number is reached, correct???(LOL)
  19. might help, post the photos and the numbers on the housing. But as i said before all the part numbers joyner listed for the diffs on the trooper and 1100 viper match up.
  20. Sand Viper came with an 1100cc engine also.According to parts manual for the sand viper and Trooper rear diff parts have same part numbers.
  21.
