Lenny, I to would like to wish all a very safe and Happy New Year.Wish all could make it to this years jamboree as you said,I am sure it will be enjoyable.Just came back after spending 2 1/2 days there mapping out some trails. I put about 350 on the trooper during that time and one day alone we put over 120 miles on it following one trail(LONG DAY).

Welcome to the forum.Cant answer about the doors fitting your rig but as far as hinges go i made doors for my trooper and got some barrel hinges from my metal supplier, they work great and if i want to i can remove the doors just by opening them and lifting them off.

Not me, im still trying to save up for new shocks.I really doubt i would ever get one. The power i have now seems to do the job for the type of ridding we do.I wont say never though....(lol)

The 2012 Joyner utv Jamboree will be held at the North Glamis KOA April 20th-April 23rd 2012. lowgear, fill in your profile and let us know where your located.Maybe we have someone nearby that you could switch ECU's with just to see if that is your problem before you purchase another.

I am by far no expert and dont have much knowledge but could the ECU be confused because of all the sensors being disconnected ?

You say you checked everything. Does that include fuel regulater and fuel pump? when you say surge does it loose power and then surge or keep same rpm and surge to more rpm?

Went out Thursday and Friday with bruhaw and some of his friends and it was the first trip with the power steering. Have to say it was fantastic. Even put it in 4wd with lockers and it was much easier. Not wore out after the drive from steering.

We went up Thursday morning to Johnson Valley and met up with bruhaw and some of his freinds.Great people and had a fantastic time.Did some night riding Thursday and Friday night and came back this morning.Invided them to come to our jamboree in April and at least one showed some real interest.This was the first time i had the trooper out since i installed the power steering.WOW,, what an improvement, even in 4x4 with lockers it really made it much easier.Gotta be the best money spent thus far on it.

i thought it was the dash switch is was looking for, if thats the case would a toggle switch not work??
