  1. I have a 2014 Intimidator and need brake pads and calipers. The price for pads and rotors are outrageous through the dealer. I have heard Intimidator used the brake assembly from a compact car when first building these UTVs. • Can anyone tell me of a less expensive source to buy brakes for Intimidators from, or • Can anyone furnish information on what make and model vehicle Intimidator used their brakes from? Thanks so much for any support you can provide me on this topic. Mike
  2. Mine are leaking and one side of my buggy sits a little lower. Thank you for the advice, I appreciate it.
  3. I have a 2013 Intimidator, which The first year it was produced. They are made in Arkansas and at one time we’re connected to the Bad Boy Company someway. Mine has a 747 cc Kohler engine. It is probably the same size as a Polaris or other buggies with comparable power. Does anyone know it there are companies who sell generic shocks/struts for buggies.
  4. I have a 2013 Intimidator with a 750 Kohler V2 engine. In the future I thought about swapping the engine with something that has more power. Does anyone have experience with engine swaps? Also what about swapping it with a motorcycle engine. Mine has the CVT with a 2 speed transmission. This was the first edition of the Intimidator and they basically used a lawn mower engine, so it’s a loud and runs 30 mph tops.
  5. Thanks, I’ll check the website out. mike
  6. The Intimidator is made in Arkansas and the company was affiliated with the Bad Boy products at one time. The engine is a Kohler 750. I replaced the flywheel and stator a year ago, so I feel like they are okay. The battery was replaced and all the cables are good, no corrosion. The wiring diagram shows a rectifier/regulator and an inline fuse that the manual said could be my charging problem. My questions are: 1. Are these rectifier/regulators some generic or, are they specific to each machine? 2. Are there UTV parts companies that handle parts for all brands of buggies? 3. If the answer to #2 is yes, could someone recommend the names of parts companies I could contact?
  7. Hi All, I’m new to the forum. I have a 2013 Intimidator. I will have to add pictures later as it is at the deee lease.
