We started the build for the farmington buggy yesterday making nice progress.. wheels are off to powdercoat, the cage is being shortened 4"'s chopped the lightbar installing mini Piaa lights, stereo, warn winch, tube fenders front and rear, rock sliders, I am using a 2008 T2 it's all we had left in stock 2 used buggies, but I went ahead and converted it from electrical 4X4 to namual lever More photos to come! I have sold quite a few tractor tunes setups to customers.. everyone has installed it and not had anyproblems except for one.. and he had a bad radio from the box that they promptly replaced for him.. All in all I call it a good setup and have used it before myself.. no special skills needed to install Jarrad

Kinarfi You used a test light but have you ran a volt meter to see the exact voltage to yhe green start wire? I usually hotshot it to the battery with a relay and use the green wire to trigger the relay and 99% of the time it cures the click click start problem.. the voltage has a long way to go up front then back to starter for such a small gauge wire

Are there any sand dunes out there? I am thinking of talking the boss into letting me bring the Joyner SR2 sandrail as a back up just incase.. if it does not sell before then Jarrad

We are building a trooper for farmington, I will be heading up there with it on thursday should arrive sometime on friday the 11th I will bring some common break parts.. 850 miles is a long drive to breakdown

New parts coming into the states are a month to a month and a half out and buggies will not hit US soil untill mid to late summer..

Aye same company as the chuckwagon, It will be about a month and a half before parts start rolling into the US

I had a chuck wagon in my shop the other day, it was powered by a 340cc honda aircooled motor, it was more or less a overgrown go-cart, I thought myself that it was a turd, but who knows, I will call Jeff the US sales rep from TJUSA and get his take on this company and confirm weither they are going to be doing it or not.. I ordered a enclosure for a commando from them last week, talk to Peter out there every few days, good people.. they have some stuff but no where near TJU style

We have 52 differentials fronts and rears of varying models, also complete ring and pinion sets, shim sets, bearings, 20 rear trooper CV driveshafts and 7 renegade rear CV driveshafts, 38 brake calipers loaded with brake pads for the troopers, 10 brake disks, I could go on and on, but thought you guys would need some of this stuff, I will snap and post pictures.. I have 40 pads in stock for the troopers and have found another US supplier for them Jarrad

Joyner got an extension they will close end of this week, I am in constant contact with them few times a day, I had a pallet show up today with a ton of parts I ordered and even some I didn't *shrug* but as of 4 hours ago I got them sending a transmission my way as well as every last cable in the warehouse

Naturaly asperated.. IE no turbo, no supercharger Also if anyone is interested I have a used one from a renegade 800cc that is in perfect working condition, I will let go of cheap

I have installed a few of those ECU's at No Limits, It is not a install for the faint of heart, the wiring diagram they supply and instructions look like the guy did it on a bar napkin after 5 or 6 drinks, hard to follow and a few phonecalls will get it done, but on a NA motor it works great, and works even better with a turbo, but if you install it on a NA motor then go turbo you have to send it in to get reflashed with a turbo program costs about an extra $150 Jarrad
