Made some lower rubber flares a couple odes dealers would never get the original ones in. So I gave up and just made some out of some conveyor belt scrapper material. Working out nicely rubbing up against rocks and trees on the trails been holding up great. And sure keep alot of the mud off the sides and off me. And put a stainless coolant catch can on.

It didn't have a grille in her anymore when I got it. I thought I would try something with a different look. I used a piece of gutter screen I had laying around. And used some chrome stick on tape to make a outside grille shell. Just to see if we like it. Before I I machine a buillit aluminum one out and polish it.

I'm looking for all 4 lower wheel well flairs new are used. And both sides taillights.

I also replaced original seat with some from Jeg's for $69.95 each with covers. The padding isn't very much there. They do offer a extra added padding separate. I didn't get . I'll find something to use add more padding. They have side support so now I will not slide side to side on hills. They lay back more and are very comfortable. Well I think so. Longer bottom support for legs. They are 20"wide 2"wider than stock mounts on the stock mounting platform just had to elongate the original 4 bolt holes. I didn't use the sliders.

I also made new lenses for the original led front light. One was missing a lens . I made 2 new out of plexiglas so they match.i know you can see the electronics but they match and still are bright.

I am not a fan of the white carbon fiber look mine was well weathered from the previous owner. I was going to use good automotive paint the same we are going to use on my truck. But was just talk into using rattle can highgloss black that tutch up is easy. Only took 1 1/2 cans Turned out just fine to run around on the trails with. Granted the whole project is all focused on a tight budget build. Just to prove don't have to spend alot of money to look decent. Definitely not going to go to a car. Lol

Take your bottom shocks off and measure the length from eyelet to eyelet. Then you can look up the length of the shock of other makes and models. And also compare the weight of the machines. Watch videos of Shock therapy on setting up your springs well worth it. I don't have but13 to 14 inches of ground clearance but have very good articulation.

Is yours a LT are a ST The rzr shocks were off the 800s I think they were 2014 I don't remember exactly If you're running a plow they will be to soft. Have a great ride but not good for that kind of weight.

Update with the 30"on and shock adjustment I have 14" ground clearance and very smooth.we set the shocks up the way Shock Therapy advised. They have very in depth videos how to set them up.to get the most out of your suspension.

A update it's worth every modifications I have done. I would do everything all over again. It very smooth and climbs hills and going over Rock's and logs so much better.

Finally got it out on the trails a couple of weeks ago. The power steering worked great and the 30" tires, and the fox shocks it not like same machine. Very enjoyable to ride now. Very smooth.
