they have a backup alarm when in reverse maybe the switch needs adjusting or else unpulg the alarm under the front hood

Check fuses

Maybe you overfilled it. My 2019 has a gasket on top of the fuel tank where the pump is installed. Check all bolts and connectors they're known for not tightening them
