  1. I went down a rabbit hole with mine a while back, turned out to be just a bad fuel issue.
  2. Hasn’t been warm enough up here for much fishing, but it’s changing today. Hope you didn’t get any damage from that last storm.
  3. I see a couple of these folks posting have the old Hisun models, hey Joe! Read much about them and it won’t take long to figure out they sucked. I have had only two issues with mine and one was caused by bad gas. Drained the tank and everything was fine again. Getting the shifter to smooth out was the only real issue. I’ve been able to get parts like plugs, filters and injectors with no problems.
  4. Bought mine at Farm&Home 3yrs ago and only issue I had was getting the shifting smoothed out. Don’t put a lot of hours on mine but it does get a pretty good workout Sept-Jan during hunting season.
  5. I did that right off with mine as well. Those get used a lot more than the headlights. Bought smoke covers for them as well.
  6. There’s a thread here somewhere with a description but there are YouTube vids for other machines.
  7. Not sure what you’re calling low beams. Are you referring to the bottom and middle switch positions? Agree that that setting is useless. Would like it to be a 3 setting switch so there was an actual “off” setting.
  8. These are actually made to hang on the outside of the bed for shovels and such, but I flipped them to mount my bow behind the cab
  9. For those who may not know, the Polaris Ranger bed accessories also fit the TBoss beds. I already had the eyelets for the bed rails and today I received my order from Hornet Outdoors. I ordered the tool holders and now have them installed. Plenty of other options available as well.
  10. Definitely more problems with the Hisun models, the only issue I’ve had with my Linhai/Massimo was caused by bad fuel.
  11. I did it at 20 hrs, wasn’t putting many miles on mine either at first.. Bought in March and changed in Aug/Sept.
  12. When mine did that it was simply bad fuel. Drained the tank and lines, new fuel and was good as new.
  13. He was given 5 acres by the owner of the property probably 20 years ago. The owner has since passed and his son and I take care of the place. This guy has gotten progressively worse since his passing. What sucks is he’s always there and we’re an hour away. We had a disagreement over him bringing someone else in to hunt the night I believe this happened.
  14. Not even sure what it was, looked like lemonade coming out. The bottom of the jug appears to be an oily substance like cooking oil. What’s odd is the machine would start up then die every time with this in the tank. Back to running like new once we drained the tank and line completely and put in fresh fuel.
  15. Well, after changing all those parts and everything else, we drained the fuel tank. Someone is in for an ass-kicking because I’m pretty sure I know who the culprit is.
  16. So after changing the spark plug, checking out the injector and air filter and putting in a new battery, my TBoss will crank over and start. However, the idle immediately starts to drop and it dies. When I first turn the key, you can hear the fuel pump prime as well. Not sure where to go from here.
  17. Not sure if that one was made by Hisun or Linhai. Check other parts to see who the actual manufacturer was and search for parts that way. For instance, even my steering wheel and headrests are stamped Linhai.
  18. "So was mine! The OEM starter switch was crap and it seems to have caused a lot of issues, beginning with the starter motor. I put in a generic switch and a push button for the starter function." k-bo, did this fix your problem?
  19. Did you replace the fuel injector? Since you've verified spark.
  20. The wiring harnesses are plenty long, don’t need to worry about reaching the battery. I had to bundle up the excess on one. What aefron posted (light bar attachment) is another version of the third link in my first post.
  21. I noticed in the first link I posted that the listing did not include the wiring. Whichever one you go with (Amazon has a ton) make sure to check for that.
  22. Instead of replacing headlights, add led lights: https://www.amazon.com/4-Inch-120-watt-12800-Driving-Waterproof/dp/B09FT65VRS/ref=sr_1_11?crid=2W97SU2AYYKTS&keywords=led+cubes+offroad&qid=1671028385&sprefix=led+cubes%2Caps%2C169&sr=8-11 Or even something like this for MORE light: https://www.amazon.com/FILTER-Driving-Harness-Compatible-Polaris/dp/B07BM2XBLS/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?crid=1S47NTPZW8AUR&keywords=light+bar&qid=1671028765&sprefix=light+bar%2Caps%2C154&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEyWjRQUzJKTlBFVTkzJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwNjU5Nzk0MzZJOUZSNjFLTTlWOCZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwMTM0NjMzM0Q2REZSS1FROE5KNiZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNwX2F0ZiZhY3Rpb249Y2xpY2tSZWRpcmVjdCZkb05vdExvZ0NsaWNrPXRydWU= You'll need some of these to mount the cubes on the front bumper: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XZZHFS2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Both the lights and the stereo should come with a wiring harness that you attach to the battery terminals. Depending on which lights you buy, they will come with wiring for a rocker switch even come with a switch. Mine came with a push button switch and peel and stick tape that I mounted on the steering column.
  23. Update, replaced the spark plug which did nothing. Pulled the fuel injector and it is working properly (mist) - but the video on youtube from Massimo states if you see 2 streams it's bad. The fuel injector has 4 holes?? Anyway, added fresh fuel just incase, still no changes. Battery is fully charged and engine will turn over like crazy but not fire up.
  24. No, never started again after that incident. Got it home now, air box/filter clean but couldn’t find my spark plug tool to pull it. Have a new one arriving Wednesday so we’ll see then if plug is fouled. About at the recommended hrs for changing and I had been doing a lot of short trips. Will check fuel filter as well.
