3000 rpm is 30 mph then it starts cutting out -

It runs smoothly it tops out at 30 in fifth gear an starts poping through exhaust -

I unplugged the crank sensor an it still ran I don’t know how but it didn’t change the engine at all -
Why can’t I get my 1100 Joyner trooper to do anymore than 30 mph?
