2021 Massimo 800-5 won’t go over 20mph

Changed out the primary and secondary clutch and now it acts like it has a rev limiter on it and won’t go ver 20-25mph. Anyone know what would cause this?

Anyone know where to find a clutch for the Massimo listed above? 2021 year.
