  1. FYI, For the 2016+ 750's Hisun has a "High output" stator and Magneto rotor available. I actually swapped to these units myself. I am also using an Odes Dominator High output regulator/rectifier as well. I can have my headlights (high beam), 50" light bar, rear pod lights, in cab heater, Wideband O2, my other gauges (5 additional including razorback belt temp), rock lights, in cab lights (high output mirror light and one rock light for foot well) on and I drop from 14.2 ish V to 13.8V. Considering the factory EPS 750's do not use the high output components to my knowledge, I would not be concerned. If it does require more power, upgrade the stator, magneto rotor and regulator/rectifier.
  2. There is a brake and neutral switch. If the machine is not in neutral, the brake has to be depressed to start in gear. The brake also has to be depressed for the reverse lockout to disengage to select reverse gear. As others mentioned, if the idle speed is above ~1600 RPM it will not shift very well. IF the CVT is engaging the belt at all (i.e. transferring any power to the transmission) shifting will be VERY difficult if not impossible without issues. These machines use a wet clutch to engage a drum that drives the primary CVT clutch. What is the machines idle speed when cold and when warmed up? I do have to sometimes "blip" the throttle right before changing gears for a smooth shift. The blip is useful when i have stopped and the belt hasn't returned to a "free" position.
  3. I would highly recommend not using ebay or Amazon specials. What kind of riding do you do? Do you do a lot of high gear cruising (I.e. 30+mph)? I have had great success with the Hunterworks 660 Rhino Machined sheave kit w/700 cam plate, purple secondary spring, secondary slippery washers and wet clutch slugs. I also use the G-Boost Extreme bada$$ belt (SuperATV and a few other companies use this belt and rebrand it).
  4. I have a 2016 Sector 750 and it also has the welded bracket from the factory. None of the kits I have found account for this as they all seem to include a metal bracket. The bare minimum you will need are the Hisun EPS motor, Controller (and power), motor to rack coupler, and shorter steering column rod. I do not know if all of the 2016 models have the EPS controller connector on the harness and the frame mounting points. Mine does have them under the hood cowling as shown in some of the YouTube videos I have watched. The kit below has everything needed but also includes the metal bracket that ours do not require.   5. Did i miss what it ended up being? Hopefully the easier fix.
  6. You may have a busted middle drive gear support and/or through shaft. All power is transmitted through it. Looks like a case split may be in order. I replaced my drive gear support with a billet unit for a 660 rhino when i had the case apart. Edit: i have a sector 750 but i think they are the same.

In order to tune the MT05 Delphi ECU on the 750's, you need the following: USB to OBD2 Port adapter 6 Pin OBD to OBD2 adapter HUD ECU Hacker Software I haven't found anyone that tunes the single cylinder 735cc engines. I have been tinkering with mine but it is far from stock so I HAVE to learn lol.
