    I guess sometimes the extended warranty works out. For $50 the dealer went through the diff and put it back together for me. Nice.

    I was changing my diff oil toady and noticed a set screw looking piece stuck to the magnet. It didn't look broken off of anything. It was small with a flat head slot on the top then threaded then came to a point on the bottom. Anyone have any idea what this is and why it came out?

    What info do we need to buy a shock? Do we need eye to, stroke, shock body length? I am not sure what length of shock to buy I guess.

    I am almost positive 2 scoops isn't being snide. Just trying to inform. Now, if I understood it correctly I can use a fox 8.5 on rear if I move the swing arm mount back towards the wheel? Is this right? This would be a very simple mod if we only have to move the mount back a few inches. Any expert opinions?

    Would we benefit from a 3 link like the rzr xp and can we fab one for our machines. It seems this design would help eliminate some east west movement in the trailing arm and help prevent broken welds.

    Here is a pic of the broken Trailing Arm. We had to take it off on the trail and take it to town and get it welded back up. It was fixed and worked fine, but I am planning to make it stronger so it doesn't happen again.

    Hey thanks 2Scoops for the ride. It was cool to get to know you and your family. I am a little jealous of your ride . I am going to try to post pics of my broken trailing arm if I can figure it out.

    I too am very interested in seeing your setup Lenny. I can weld and do other simple tasks, but i am not a metal worker by any means. Hopefully the mods aren't too involved. Thanks for all the input.

    Rocmoc, I can't seem to find your post for your final valving and springs for your fox shock setup. That seems to be the best setup for the money. Let me know what you end up with.
