  1. Well what can I say somebody has to bye them! Lol but again thanks for the advice , I’ve got it going and seems to be working pretty good so far. I added weights to the clutch and it seems to be a little better for what I use it for. By the way it was the chain that was finished that was the major problem. Although these Utv are made cheap and I had to learn the hard way. Now that I know what not to do with it. The Massimo t-boss 550 might last me a little longer before I need to do more repairs to it! lol have yourself a great day and thanks again! Don
  2. Hello everyone! First of all I would like to thank you for the help with my timing problem, it was the chain. Now I’m looking for the part number for the wet clutch baring. I’ve been looking for it but my side by side is a 2022 t-boss 550 and it’s not the same as a 2021. Can anyone help me please? thank you in advance again.
  3. Hello I have a 2022 Massimo t-boss 550. I’m looking for a fix for my timing problem. It keeps getting out of timing. Now I’m trying to find the proper parts for the linhai motor. I’m looking for tensioner chain and gear. If there’s anything else I can do to fix this issue please let me know. Unfortunately I can’t afford to get something better so I got to get it fixed. Thanks in advance. Don
  4. Hello i have a 2022 Massimo t-boss 550. And it suck’s! I’ve blown 3 clutches 1 was my fault. The starter bearing (clutch). And now I’m dealing with timing and valves. Once you get the bugs out and know what it can’t do it’s ok! And no service. The one person that did help me at Massimo Canada got fired. Lol I’ve been fixing mine since I have no money to buy anything else, by the time I’m done with it it should be ok. I hope lol good luck!!
  5. Hey Buddy I would start with checking the valves and timing. good luck and let me know. Don
  6. I believe that you are correct. And the starter is not hard but for the gearbox it might be different. But with some mechanical knowledge and this forum I’m confident that it shouldn’t be too bad. I suggest that you take pictures before you start taking it apart it helps. Lol good luck and let me know how it goes
  7. Hey Dave when they fixed mine they only changed the bearing or clutch. something else to watch for with these bikes is the timing. The tensioner seems to not work properly. I don’t have a permanent fix yet, but the I’ve got it down to about 1hr to do it now and I keep all the tools in the bike just in case it happens in the bush.
  8. Hey Dave I had that issue with mine, I brought it in for warranty and it was a one way bearing on the starter drive. That’s what they told me. Hope it helps.
  9. Thanks It was one of the first things I did. But I will take any other suggestions. But I did learn that I should be putting better gas not just regular. thanks
  10. Hey I’m having issues with my 2022 Massimo 550 it will not start. It was all good I was driving it all morning then I go to use after lunch and it started ran for about 100’ then just died. I’ve checked plug, fuel, and that’s good now if I my foot on the gas it will sputter. I removed the injector and it was dirty I cleaned it didn’t help. But if I hold the injector about 1/4 “ above the hole the bike starts. Any ideas or suggestions ? I’m 6 hours away from the Dealership so trying to avoid the drive. thanks
