2010 Hisun 500 - Carbed'. She sat for about 3 weeks since last use. Couldn't get it started.... has spark but plug was not wet. Bought new plug, cleaned the carb, confirmed fuel pump (pulse type) is working. Still nothing. Put gas in the plug hole.... started right up and idled as normal and drove perfect. Used it for the rest of the day without issue. Tried to start again next morning.... same problem. Poured gas in plug hole again.... started up and best kind again. Anyone have any insight to what's going on?

Just going to follow-up on this one. I turned the fuel/air screw out 1/4 a turn (counterclockwise) and the hesitation is all but gone. Might do another 1/4 turn rid it completely. She needed more fuel.

Put a new carb on the 500 to replace the leaking OE one. Machine idles fine and mid and top end runs great. It tends to have a hesitation right from the start - bottom end. Thinking it may be the air/fuel screw?? I didn't do anything with the carb out of the box and is it direct replacement for my machine. Of interest is the manual choke doesn't seem to work very good now.... wonder is it getting too much air? Any help appreciated!

I'm bringing this back to to the top. I have a 2010 500 and would like to know before I buy. Anyone have a definite answer on this? Thanks
