  1. Rocmoc, I assume your taking photos, but are you posting them yet? Where? Thanks, Kinarfi
  2. Rocmoc, on those shocks do they come with springs or do I use the stock springs and do you have any idea how the effect the ride. Thanks, Kinarfi
  3. ME TOO!!!! Kinarfi
  4. Had to delete photo to free up room, I'm sure no one will care -------- Can anyone guess what this is? It's (more or less) the final finished circuit design for Lenny's and My Electrical power steering assist. On mine, it works so smoothly that it just feels like my rig has very light resistance to steering. Haven't done a lot of 4X4 with Lock Outs yet, got to get rid of this cast in a couple 3 weeks, then I can go give it some real testing. Actually, this one is for Lenny and mine is in service in my Trooper. Kinarfi
  5. Been looking through old pages and so far I found Fox shocks, but the frame was modified, and King shocks, the price was shocking, any one know the price or part # for Fox shocks or any other good shocks for stockers? Got a leaky rear shock. Kinarfi
  6. CV Boot Kit, Autozone part # 03606. Comes with bands and grease for $11.99. Napa 686-2181 CV Boot from a 95 Geo Metro. If you go this route, please confirm information, it came from; Parts, Pieces, and Information for our Troopers. Hope it's all you need. Kinarfi
  7. Took it out for a ride and when I got back and ever since, no smoke, must of been that stuff Lenny left inside, must have been two bags in there and I missed one of them. Or maybe it was all that sitting and only occasional runnings for short times. Naaaa it was Lenny!!!!!! Maybe the Harley it came off of left it full of oil. Who knows? Kinarfi
  8. I was only kidding as I thought there would be too many to list, that it would be easier to list where it didn't rattle, who knew? But thanks, The best silencing act I did was to put an exhaust muffler on, thanks to Lenny, it came off a Harley and sounds great, I just love it. Need to get it in the photo section, chrome with black and pretty. Think I'm close to done with the control device for my power steering. Needs testing, as soon as I get this cast off my foot, hopefully Monday. Kinarfi
  9. What happened? How come you only have 3 wheel drive, did the axle come out of the CV on it's own like mine did a couple times or is it something else? Thanks, Kinarfi
  10. So, where are they, specifically?????
  11. I used a nail bar / pry bar and just pried between the diff and the CV in several different places and pretty quick it popped off. Didn't mess with the boot or the grease at all. I also put grease on the diff shaft when I put it back together. Kinarfi
  12. Added pump to parts and pieces, Thanks for helping me keep this current. Kinarfi
  13. My Trooperf has been sitting for a while and the other day when I started it, it smoked a lot, then today when I drove it around for a while, it quit smoking completely. Any body else noticed this? Any ideas? Kinarfi
  14. Yea, looks real good and matches the yellow too. Thanks for sharing. Kinarfi
  15. Thanks Brostar, and thanks for reminding me the list it, Got it done. Another thing to consider with these high pressure fuel pumps is hosing, I replace my rubber hoses with Tygon Clear tubing and shortly there after, I experienced some leaks at the connections. It was weird, where the hose clamp band overlapped is where it leaked, to cure the problem, I used stainless aircraft tie wire to clamp the hose on. Take two wraps and put a dab of grease on pull it good and tight and the start twisting. I guess Tygon doesn't push around and mold like rubber hose. Kinarfi
  16. I agree with the 32 tooth ring gear, but I think 15 or 16 teeth for the pinion, sorry I didn't get a better photo, you can make up for it when you take photos. anyway I come with 2.1333 or 2.00 Kinarfi
  17. I was willing to bet that the differentials were the same, THEY ARE NOT!!!!! also another thing I notice is that the spiders were different, the rear was straight cut and the front was curved, helical, I believe Lenny said. I wonder if all Troopers are this way, when you do the Lenny upgrade, take photos of each and post, please. Thanks Kinarfi
  18. Don't have an air box on mine, How about some photos? Please. If you need help posting, PM me.
  19. http://www.utvboard.com/Parts-Pieces-Informat-t392.html here's a page for spare parts and the very best thing you can do IMHO is get rid of the air box and get the filter up into the clean air with a snorkel, quick easy method is on that page also. Oh Yea, Welcome to the forum, where we try help each other, would you mind filling out your profile for us so we can all get to know you a little better, please and thanks. Kinarfi
  20. Twenty would have been cheap, I would have sent 200 but I didn't have your address, Ha Ha right back at you, and oh yea, THANKs until you're better paid.
  21. Right behind you, waiting to see what you come up with. Sounds exactly like what I experienced. The engine was warm and I wondered if cooling down helped or was part of the solution. Or was it turning the key finally wiped itself clean. Next time it just clicks, put it in gear, clutch out, turn the key to click and hold, now bump or have someone push enough to roll that starter. Maybe try rolling the starter, before you try the key again. This should determine if it a bad starter segment or bad contact inside the solenoid. Thanks Kinarfi
  22. You say the key switch can't be disassembled at all? Maybe we need to look into some Industrial Panel Key switches, any way, glad to here it seems to be the key & not the solenoid or starter, Thanks, Keep us informed.
  23. This is what mine looks like after fixing, what they had was a tyrap around the connector and the bolt on the radiator mount that you can see in the 2nd photo, so as I went bouncing along, the harness was rubbing on the mounting tab until it made contact with one of the wires in the harness, in my case, it blew the fuse, if it had made contact with one of the other wires, it messes with out put of the O2 sensor output to computer. Kinarfi
  24. Haven't heard this story, I assume you turned before got past the tree and the rear wheel rubbed hard up against the tree and scooted the rear end over, but did you damage the swing arm? Kinarfi
  25. You must enjoy washing, you sure look like you have fun getting dirty, just went and looked at your photos, looks good, do you still have that locker welded in place and if so what do think about having it locked up all the time? How's your power steering system working? Thanks Kinarfi
