  1. Yes, me too. See my post titled cracks in my bed.
  2. I've had it loaded with firewood on many occasions. The bed has a piston to assist it in dumping so it wasn't that hard. Just needed a little help. The cracks most likely happened when the bed warped from the engine heat. I put a heat shield over it, so will see how it goes.
  3. My 800LE manual says: Payload 1500lbs tongue weight 150lbs Rear tongue and cargo weight 1000lbs Towing capacity 2000lbs Does that mean the bed can hold 1000 or 1500 pounds?
  4. You are probably right. I can live with it as long as it doesn't get worse. I purchased mine in October of 2020 so the 18 month warranty is long gone.
  5. I just installed the Flowmaster 51017 heat shield from Amazon. It went on in ten minutes. Fits like a charm. I'm sure it will help or solve the bed warping problem.
  6. the maximum load capacity according to the manual is 1500 pounds. I doubt I exceeded it.
  7. I have 2020 Tracker 800SX LE that I bought new in 2020. Yesterday i noticed two cracks in the bed in the corners at the tailgate end. They go all the way through the bed. I use it around the property moving firewood, dirt and stuff. Don't know how they could occur. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix? Help!!!
  8. I have a 2020 Tracker 800SX LE that I bought new in 2020. Yesterday I noticed two cracks in the bed on the inside corners at the tailgate end. They go all the way through. I use it around the property moving firewood, dirt and stuff. Never put stress on the sides of the bed. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix? Help!!!
  9. I received a letter from Textron shortly after I bought my 2021 800SX LE saying the headrest parts were not available when the unit was manufactured, and they would notify me through the dealer when it would be available. I had to keep calling Bass Pro and finally the kit arrived. I decided to take it home and install it myself. I was pretty easy. I has three headrests attached to a single crossbar that bolts to the frame. Keep at it. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.
  10. My 2021 800SX LE has the same problem. The bed seems to settle down when it cools down. I just ignore it. Some have tried to install a heat shield. I don't see it as a big problem.
